Microsoft Flight Simulator is one of the oldest PC game series, a particularly beloved franchise endorsed by an audience of simulation and aviation enthusiasts. The 2020 edition, brought to life by developer Asobo Studio in conjunction with Microsoft, is sure to attract a new generation and fan base to the fold. It is a game that can be recommended both to fans of simulation, and to those who, like myself, had the closest thing to simulation with Elite: Dangerous Putting together, on the one hand, the obvious inclusion of enhanced images, the almost magical addition of a completely recreated and explorable Earth, built and populated with images from Microsoft's Bing satellite and Azure cloud computing service, and on the other, some deep mechanics and a well-crafted sense of realism elevate the series to new heights.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is less a game and more of a technical marvel. Since the world is in lockdown, your next option is to explore the world through the cabin of Cessna Citation CJ4
Microsoft Flight Simulator’s simple elegance allows for a true serene gaming experience.
Flight Simulator is an incredible achievement and a great pickup for anyone looking for a long term PC game to enjoy.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is extremely well done and if you're still undecided whether it's for you or not, there's nothing easier than giving it a shot in Xbox Game Pass.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is an unmissable appointment for all those fans of high-flying simulators, since, despite its complexity and detail, it does not forget the less experienced users of the genre either.

For better or worst, Microsoft Flight Simulator is as deep and as accurate as they come. Asobo Studios has created a lovely-tailored simulation meant for anyone with aspirations to fly planes. But as an actual game that should be accessible since it has a generally appealing premise? I’m still on the fence about it.
A game that feels more like a future proof platform. Lots of potential, but not much to offer (apart from a outstanding technical display) on launch day.

If you like simulator games and / or are crazy about airplanes then Flight Simulator is a game you should get. Yes, MUST. You are going to have a lot of fun with this and above all mainly enjoy it. If flying itself doesn't offer you enough of a challenge, you can still turn to the different challenges that the game has to offer. Especially nowadays it is a nice alternative to still be able to travel around the world in a certain way.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is truly impressive. You literally have the entire world at your fingertips, and the freedom to customise your flight in incredible detail. But, it feels like the base – the proof of concept simulation that will be built upon – for a game that can become truly remarkable.
Overall, Microsoft Flight Simulator is a very deep simulation. While the plane variety lacks many foreign, military and alternative forms of flight (helicopters, hot air, etc), the content available at launch is enough to keep you busy.
There’s no doubt that Microsoft Flight Simulator is as outstandingly beautiful as it is realistic. Flying through this digital world offers wonderfully zen experiential tours that’ll last for hours, providing one of gaming’s most remarkable experiences. While as a simulator, it undoubtedly won’t be to everyone’s tastes, if you’ve been craving some socially responsible global tourism and some of the best vistas gaming has to offer, then Microsoft Flight Simulator has you covered.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is an absolutely wonderful gameplay experience. There is just something undeniably magical about flying around and seeing sights that you may have only read about in a book or seen online. With so many of us still in quarantine and self-isolation, there has never been a more perfect time for this level of escapism.
It's seamless yet comprehensive style only challenges other titles to raise their quality in standards. It's a franchise re-invigorated, and has laid a path to build a concrete legacy going forward with other titles in its category, sure to follow. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, is a must play.
Microsoft deserves a lot of credit for what has been achieved here, gamers take note as it might be a long time until we see this sort of innovation again. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is not for the enthusiasts anymore, it’s for everybody.
This is not a particularly forgiving game, and for folks out there that want to see just how good it can look on your screen at home, you may find yourself unable to penetrate the heart of the simulation that lies under this beautifully crafted fuselage. And that’s okay – not every game can be made for every player out there. There’s an enormous amount of enjoyment to be had in just exploring, and that speaks to me in a way not a lot of games have over the years. Cruising at 30,000 feet with the hum of the engine, the rattle of turbulence and the world below me, available in a way it never has been is absolutely worth sending a postcard home about.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is a massive generational leap from its predecessor, and every time I play the game I’m blown away by just how good it looks. From a completely simulated physics system with wind, weather and more, to highly detailed aircraft and airports, it’s truly something worth checking out.
