Hades Reviews
Hades is a roguelike action RPG developed and published by Supergiant Games. It set a new bar for roguelike games with amazing visuals, character development, and storyline. Hades does have a few minor issues that plague most roguelikes. But these don't impact the overall experience of an amazingly great game.
Hades is a complete package. The writing will make you laugh, the gameplay will make you smile, the bosses will frustrate you, and the art will make you stare in awe. All of which combined makes Hades a must-play, and once you start, you won’t want to stop.
I've never had the chance to review a perfect game, nor did I ever think I would, but Hades is that game. SuperGiant Games prove once again that no one is creating games as unique and fun as they are.
After launching the official version, "Hades" can not only attract a large number of players with a very charming and in-depth combat system, but also a rich story that can stand out among many Roguelike games.

Hades expertly combines an enthralling narrative with fantastic gameplay to raise the bar for the Rogue-lite genre.
Hades is a hell of a ride, one of the best roguelikes ever made and surely Supergiant Games best work to date. Don't make excuses and just go and download it, whether on PC or Switch (our preferred choice)

Surprise and variety mean no two attempts are ever the same, and for that alone Hades is immediately intoxicating.
What Supergiant Games have created here is the perfect roguelike; immensely satisfying, even in failure, with an excellently-written array of characters and a compelling story. With variety of events to avoid the gameplay every becoming stale, a myriad of different weapons with markedly varied play styles, and gameplay-altering boons, Hades is an absolute joy to play. Oh, and everyone is hot, EVERYONE.
This will probably be the standard that roguelite games will be following for years to come- or it should be, at any rate. If nothing else, Hades is easily the best game Supergiant have made to date.
Hades is Supergiant Games’ magnum opus. The team finally crafted a brilliant gameplay system that can meet Jen Zee’s magnificent art. The constant flow of features and content keeps the game from ever getting stale or complacent. There is never a dull moment, and there is always something new to see.
Absolutely, absurdly, ungodly, good. An honest to Gods masterpiece, the likes of which are rarely seen anymore. As fun on the first run as on the fiftieth. What makes a Roguelike special is one that can keep the player engaged long term and there are so many little elements that will keep its audience coming back again and again. It's hard to find a flaw. To find a way this could be better. Supergiant have set their bar high here, delivering a game that will be used as an example in numerous areas for years to come. Following on from Transistor, and Bastion, it's exciting to see what they'll do next.
Hades takes the usually not well recieved Roguelike genre to a whole another level by pushing the potentials of the genre out of the window, presenting a high tempo gameplay with well-balanced difficulty, eye catching visuals and solid voice acting.

Console version of Hades is just a masterpiece as well as PC version. Actually, i can say that Hades is the perfect meaning of a "roguelike action dungeon crawler". Don't miss this game at all.

Hades returned in a very good, albeit predictable, style. This is still a great production, but it is worth knowing that developers do not really take full advantage of the possibilities of new platforms.

As expected, Hades knocks it out of the park, offering a stellar experience to Xbox players for the first time. It's every bit as incredible as it was a year ago, with punchy combat, an addictive gameplay loop and a cast of characters that prove to be charming and terrifying in the same breath. It's a shame a few frame rate issues sour the experience occasionally, but make no mistake, Hades is absolutely worth your time whether you're a fan of the genre or not.
Supergiant Games has very little to prove with Hades in its console version, beyond its performance and optimization. It's not just that he's been nominated for game of the year. It is that this game already managed to massively captivate critics and audiences alike in 2020. If we can add anything, I'd say that Hades evolves in every way every time you play it, both playable and narratively. From what we can highlight the combat, which is the core of the game, is highly satisfying. This is a game you should at least try.

Yes, we can levy criticisms about the roguelike genre in general at it, but the fact is, few games perfect the formula quite like Hades does; it’s one of the best roguelikes you’ll ever play. With a slew of upgrades available, gorgeous environments to fight your way through and a wonderfully told narrative that delves into Greek mythology, you’ll keep coming back for more, time and time again.
To that end, I'm headed back into Hell with a smile. Hades is some of the most fun I've had playing something, and I would recommend it to anyone.
With an excellent developed narrative, amazing localization in Portuguese and impeccable artistic direction, Hades arrives very well on PlayStation, showing that it can be even better than what we could've imagined. It's one of the most addictive games I've played in recent years.
