NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 Reviews
Remaster NieR admires not as much as NieR: Automata, because of the ragged pace of storytelling. But it is still a good action with a wonderful plot, which benefited from improvements in the gameplay.

NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… is the best starting point to discover one of the greatest franchises ever made by Square Enix in recent times. The title is much more than a simple remaster, correcting the main flaws that its original version had, while raising it to a level close to that of its successor. It is gratifying to know that such a title has finally been able to see the light of day again after spending years stuck on a platform.

Nier Replicant Ver.1.22474487139... is the best way to play a genuinely amazing game. The flaws of the original version have been smoothed out some more, and while it still struggles with tedium and grind, the bright spots stand out. Even if you're not traditionally into JRPGs, I can recommend Nier because its unique story and tremendous voicework make it stand out as an extremely well-told tale. Be prepared to curse the designer who decided that one of the most common items you need to upgrade weapons has what feels like a 1% drop rate.
An improvement in every sense, NieR Replicant is an absolute blast. You'll love the characters, the world and every little detail you can think of. Prepare yourself for another one of Yoko Taro's wonderful, yet emotional, rollercoaster rides.
A touch up to a cult hit title that made it accessible to old or new Nier Fans

To sum it all up, this is by far the best version you will get of the 2010 classic, and if you are a fan of Automata and wish to see how it started, this is a must buy and I thoroughly recommend a full playthrough. For those dipping their toes into the series, I would say give the first playthrough a shot and see if it grabs you, as it still has enough enjoyable factors without subsequent playthroughs to be a great JRPG on its own right, kinks and all. Its characters shine through its more middling combat and story to make me care how it’s going to end, and what ties it has to the sequel.
As one of the most underrated games from its generation, NieR can now find a new audience who are sure to appreciate its jaw-dropping story, pitch-perfect tone, and super-rewarding boss fights.
NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... is a great new version of the 2010 cult classic on a slightly more modern base. Improved graphics, environments, combat system, animation and dubbing add a new feel to the title even though the game isn't quite perfect. Unfortunately, the overall impression is somewhat spoiled by boring and repetitive side quests, as well as enemies or older game mechanics. The story, however, is one of the strongest you can experience in the game world. It and the well-drawn characters are the best NieR Replicant has to offer. It may not reach the same quality as NieR: Automata, but it's definitely worth it!

NieR Replicant's loveable characters and creative mix of gameplay allow the game to hold its own over a decade after its original release.
Going into Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139, I really wasn't sure what to expect. I never played Drakengard, Nier Automata, Gestalt, or anything else. None of that mattered, because Square Enix's remake hooked me from the beginning and didn't let go. Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139 is a gorgeous game with a compelling plot and a stunning soundtrack. If you're a fan of the original game, you'll probably want to see what this version has to offer, and if you've never experienced the game in any form, this is an opportunity to play the game as it was first intended.
While still a bit dated in some areas NieR Replicant ver.1.2247448713R9… improves upon nearly every aspect of the original and helps it shine as one of Yoko Taro’s signature works.
As a remaster, Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139… represents another kind of second chance, this time for a cult game to find an audience that eluded it the first time around.
NieR Replicant can feel too slow at parts, but it’s a journey well worth taking (over and over and over). Its story is moving and asks big questions about the nature of humanity, and playing it in 2021 really opened my eyes to how ahead of its time this game must have been in 2010. Combine that story with some kinetic combat, absorbing atmosphere and characters, and a haunting score and you have one of the year’s strongest experiences. It’s held back somewhat by its overly-simplistic mission structure and reliance on backtracking, but the good easily outweighs the bad. NieR Replicant, like its sequel, is a game that makes you think, feel, and dream—all while giving players a very enjoyable gaming experience. It’s the textbook definition of a flawed masterpiece, overcoming its weaknesses to deliver something compelling and affirming.
NieR Replicant has all the ingredients that make it a masterpiece with its charming style and excellent audio content, Yoko Taro has created a unique experience that is well deserved by fans of the series and new players alike.

NieR Replicant continues to function as a precursor to the triumph that would follow with Automata, but with its renewed gameplay mechanics its now an even more pleasant experience, telling a story that some players may love even more than Automata's.

It’s hard to pen the correct words when talking about a game that resonates so deeply. You never want to spoil or rob another player of the moments. If you’re a fan of Nier Automata, this is an easy recommendation. The upgrades are more than a simple coat of paint.
NieR Replicant hits home thanks to some amazing combat and an intriguing story that keeps you entertained throughout. Although the story does drag a little sometimes there is a lot to love, especially thanks to the different endings.

I loved the original. I love this remake. And if you’ve never played the original or you did, you owe it to yourself to give this one a check. It’s a game that was always good made that much better, and it’s going to stick with you a long time after the credits roll on the final ending.
This game is really more than the sum of its parts. The overall experience, from the character development, the devastating and mind-reeling revelations that plot throws at you, and even the new bits of content specially made for this game make it worthwhile.
NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... will be able to build on the success of Nier Automata. With the incredibly exciting story, fantastic characters and the nimble battle system, every action RPG lover will get their money's worth. However, there are definitely deductions for the unnecessary waiting times between the areas. Also, the boring side quests (with a few exceptions) are not up to date. What is also not up to date is the graphics. Since this hasn't been pimped, you have the same presentation as it was on the PS3 back in the day. All in all, you can spend a lot of time in NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139.... The different endings let you see the story from different perspectives. There is also a completely new ending that can only be found in this version.
