The idea of combining puzzles with rhythm is really good and is excellently executed because it invites those who are not very fond of rhythm games, as is my case, without disenchanting those who are. The story is entertaining although it takes a complete background given the characteristics of the title, although it makes sense that it is present to give it a framework.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle makes a bold attempt at fusing basic rhythm gameplay with the kinds of asymmetrical co-operative chaos of something like Overcooked, wrapping it up in a deeply funny and genuinely inventive campaign. Sadly it undermines the fun at every turn with wild difficulty spikes, anaemic gameplay customisation and a frustrating lack of explanation of its own mechanics. There's something good here, it's just thoroughly underdeveloped.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle is a chaotic mix of gaming tasks and music styles that will continue to surprise and delight players throughout…provided the required rhythm precision doesn't turn them away first. Definitely don't try it alone, and make sure your co-op partners-either locally or online-are fully up to speed as you progress.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle it's a real surprise. It's a rhythm game that cleverly plays with the genre's rules, crafting a bizarre yet irresistible experience, especially enjoyable when shared with others. Of course, it still remains a rhythm game, and its quirks will likely make it appealing to a niche audience; however, once you overcome this initial hurdle, it's probably one of the best co-op experiences of the year.

SUPER CRAZY RHYTHM CASTLE is a weird mishmash of mechanics all thrown at the players at lightning speed. Sometimes it works, and other times it is down right frustrating, but either way it certainly lives up to its name.

Ultimately Super Crazy Rhythm Castle is a flawed but interesting game that is wildly creative yet doesn't always live up to its ambitions or other Konami rhythm games. Still, this was a fun experience that I'm glad I was able to try. I'm hoping this game is only the first of more rhythm game experiments by Konami (or other developers!) because I'd love to see this Castle more polished or with a better tracklist.

There isn’t anything else quite like Super Crazy Rhythm Castle. Unique and innovative, this zany adventure through music and puzzling is undoubtedly one of the best co-op games in 2023. Sure, you can play it by yourself, but you’re going to have more fun when you’re battling it out with friends. Do yourself a favour and make sure this is on your playlist when you have friends over this holiday season: you absolutely will not regret it.

As someone who loves variety in their co-op games, SUPER CRAZY RHYTHM CASTLE impressed me a great deal with what it has to offer.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle has its fair share of issues, namely on how its strongest selling point, having to deal with a tyrant with a childish tantrum, can also be one of its most frustrating aspects. It’s a fun rhythm game if you’re in the same mental vibes as itself. If so, you’ll be able to enjoy a very unique mixture between Guitar Hero and Overcooked, covered in some cute visuals and random sense of humor. It might not be the best party game out there, but it certainly is one of the more unique titles to be released in recent times.

By combining the rhythm and puzzle genres, Super Crazy Rhythm Castle created a unique and extremely fun adventure to experience with friends. Though it works fine in single player, the big highlight is the mode where we interact with our friends to surpass its diverse challenges. Alone or with friends, this is a great game to pass time, laugh and enjoy the music.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle is a hilarious music adventure best enjoyed with friends. Bursting with eccentricity, the game's comedic narrative unfolds as you conquer the zany Rhythm Castle, grooving to a beat or herding magical rats. The game's unpredictability keeps the fun alive. It's certainly not for solo play and proves to be tricky to learn, but this game shows Konami can still deliver unique and memorable gaming experiences.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle is a fun rhythm game with solid challenges and epic music to keep you wanting more, though it should come with the warning that the songs will get stuck in your head. This is because they are fun and really well composed; this goes alongside the characters and world-building, which keeps the fun going through exploration and the experience in general.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle is a definitely original rhythm game: instead of choosing which songs to play from a song list, you will immerse yourself in a real music adventure, alone or together with a team of up to 4 players. Its strength is precisely in being able to come up with something innovative, but it is also its downfall.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle serves as an ideal game for spending a few enjoyable hours with friends and family or as a diversion from more serious and demanding gaming experiences. However, its repetitive gameplay can lead to frequent bouts of boredom, as it doesn't introduce many innovative ideas beyond the frantic key-hitting and rhythmic challenges across various tracks.

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle combines a rhythm game with chaotic minigames to create a lovingly designed party game that is unfortunately more for experienced players and may appeal to less casual gamers than it would like.
