WWE 2K24 Reviews
2K and Visual Concepts return again this year with WWE for the 40th anniversary of Wrestlemania, offering fans an enjoyable gaming experience that is definitely full of content, including MyRise, which features new storylines. Some issues remain unresolved in this chapter of the franchise, including the physics of long hair and interactions with objects under the ring, but overall they do not compromise the gameplay.

WWE 2K24 continues the winning streak of its predecessors. Every feature has been improved and, as a result, so has the entertainment offered. The amount of content available is staggering, and wrestling and WWE fans will have no trouble finding their favorite. With more than 200 Superstars available, minus some slight uncertainties and narrative inconsistencies, WWE 2K24 is another important entry in the WWE 2K series from 2K and Visual Concepts.

While it's not quite perfection, WWE 2K24 is the best this franchise has been in years. The WWE 2K24 roster is packed with even more on the way via post-launch DLC, and Community Creations continues to be the fan-driven cherry on top of that. MyRISE, MyGM, and Universe Mode use that foundation to deliver tenfold. MyFACTION isn't quite on their level yet, but it's the best that mode has been so far.
WWE 2K24 pleasantly surprised us with its extensive content, improved gameplay, and a wealth of unique wrestlers, making it much more than just a roster update, despite minor issues with AI and camera.

WWE 2K24 is a fantastically meaty package. The core gameplay feels really good, and there are so many different modes to frame that gameplay that you can easily spend an obscene amount of time on this release. At launch, the handheld gameplay experience was pretty horrible thanks to all sorts of weird graphical issues, but with those mostly ironed out the Steam Deck is now a perfectly reasonable place to play it.
WWE 2K24 is undoubtedly the best wrestling game of the last two years. It has its usual issues, but also offers some welcome improvements.

WWE 2K24 is the best wrestling game in a long time. It was developed excellently on the foundation laid by 2K22, with huge content, successful additions, and excellent modes, but unfortunately this good content was met with greedy financial policies that cut off some of the basic content to sell it independently or put it in higher versions, which is... Also unacceptable.

Every feature of 2K23 has been enhanced tenfold, and as a result, it’s a goddamn joy to mess around in the various modes. MyUniverse has gotten extra cutscenes that round out the experience, while MyGM has ample flesh on the bone. I might have encountered a handful of blunders during my session, but they can be fixed with a snap. After investing hours, I’m intrigued by what a higher-caliber sequel could look like.
WWE 2K24 takes everything that made 2K23 so wonderfully addictive and cranks it up ever so slightly, featuring just enough new material to entice fans to dive right back into the ring.
