Cosy games really don’t get much better than PowerWash Simulator 2. The premise is perfect, the execution is simple but inspired, and the satisfaction of clearing away grime never gets old. There’s some fairly expansive level variety on offer despite the one-note formula, and the inclusion of split-screen multiplayer sweetens the deal even further. If you fancy some simple, turn-off-your-brain fun at the end of a long day (or can’t get enough of your real-life chores), PowerWash Simulator 2 is for you.
While greatly enjoyable on its own, PowerWash Simulator 2 is one of those games that is better together with friends. If you have a buddy in tow, don't hesitate to get washing!
Improved over its predecessor in just about every way, PowerWash Simulator 2 is the ultimate in cleaning sims. New locations, new tools and a brand new home hub make washing away dirt and grime more enjoyable than ever, and while there's the occasional grumble, it's not enough to spoil the zen-like nature of virtual powerwashing.
PowerWash Simulator 2, as a sequel to the original, doesn't disappoint, but it doesn't blow you away either. It brings more or less the same thing with new scenes and a few improvements. It's still the original relaxing game without stress and with a lot of work.

A great sequel, though if you didn't like the first game there's nothing here to change your mind. Except maybe the scissor lift.
PowerWash 2 is a near-universal improvement on its already-great predecessor, fixing nearly every little frustration players might have had with the first title. It misses a few small steps in its additions to the formula, but delivers an overall more polished experience that feels like a major upgrade.
PowerWash Simulator 2 doesn’t reinvent anything. It’s more of the same with some nice quality-of-life features around the edges. That’s exactly what I wanted, though, another excuse to lose myself in its endlessly addicting stages, where I constantly felt the need to keep playing. That so many elements of PowerWash Simulator 2 are just a bit better makes it an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a great, relaxing experience, and especially for anyone who enjoyed the last game.
PowerWash Simulator 2 is more of the same, but with smart upgrades and tweaks that keep the addictive loop intact.
PowerWash Simulator 2 follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, giving players exactly what they've always wanted: more dirt.

They are really giving us more of the game we all fell in love with, and I hope they continue to listen to their community. I highly recommend purchasing this installment if you enjoyed the first game, it will be well worth the investment.
The ultimate podcast gaming experience is back and sillier than ever with PowerWash Simulator 2.
PowerWash Simulator 2 nails the follow-up. If you already like washing locations spotless, this is an easy pick on PS5.
PowerWash Simulator 2 is a complicated release. On the one hand, the new features and additions to the formula make for a game that is charmingly satisfying, regardless of what console you play it on. On the other hand, the updates to the overall experience add very little new material compared to the original game, making it feel more like a remake of PowerWash Simulator rather than a brand new game.
PowerWash Simulator 2 feels like a sequel made more out of obligation than inspiration. It adds quantity but loses quality. The experience remains fundamentally the same — just more complicated, slower, and less enjoyable. Sure, the multiplayer mode is still pleasant and offers a few moments of lighthearted fun with friends, but finding people willing to buy the same game again will be a challenge in itself. A missed opportunity, and a real shame — let’s just hope that a possible third installment will finally give some real meaning to its number.

This is a bit of a niche franchise. However, if you love this franchise, this is bound to be a winner. The developer has upped the ante on every level. Moreover, the stage design, equipment, and missions are a vast improvement from its predecessor. Accordingly, it is a no-brainer, and you should grab a copy from the Xbox store!
PowerWash Simulator 2 takes all the best parts of its predecessor and expands them, as every good sequel should do. Despite allowing itself some unnecessary luxuries, it is a focused, witty game, well aware of what the average gamer truly wants in life: the power fantasy of a world where pressure washing their car is simple, fun and dry.

PowerWash Simulator 2 probably doesn’t need to exist. FuturLab could have released DLC packs for the original PowerWash Simulator and players would have been fairly happy. But the small additions, system changes, and overall size of the game do justify the sequel existing. While the changes probably aren’t enough to allure someone who wasn’t already interested in power washing, players who do Want More Water will be thrilled with what is inside.
Cleaning enthusiasts will know exactly what to expect when they install the game developed by FuturLab.
