This episode can get dull with its pacing at times, but the focus on Bruce Wayne does lead to some new insights into what makes him tick, as well as the motivations and personalities of some of Gotham's most iconic criminals.

Whilst this episode does expand on the story, and open some interesting future plot lines, it is definitely a filler episode for the most part. It is leading up to a much more in depth episode 3, and judging by the cliff hanger at the end of this episode, things are really about to heat up a bit too.

With presence of Bruce Wayne and new enemies, story goes in a new path and tries to focus on characters relationship, although its not impressive and you are playing a scripted story and you cant change it very much.

Batman: The Enemy Within, Episode 2: The Pact, continues to build a new season with a handful of competing villains, inner conflicts, and fallout from the first season. Although it never hit the heights of episode 1 and lessened the impact of your only real decision, it is still an easy recommendation for fans of the series.

Compared to the rest of Batman's Telltale adventures, The Pact is simply the worst of the bunch. Instead of trying to tell a good story, it tries to cram up as many famous Batman villains as possible, but forgets to do anything of any worth with them.

Batman: The Enemy Within: The Pact is Telltale at its best. A fluid, competent, charming story, mixed with smart integration of QTEs and action sequences, will leave the audience chomping at the bit for more. There are some moments that don't feel quite as tight, and will remind you that, yes, this is a game. Those moments don't detract from the fact that this is such a solid instalment that it may be some of Telltale's best work.

The great Harley Quinn design is not enough for this episode that remind us the mediocre first season.

Telltale's minimalist gameplay is exaggerated further in Batman: The Enemy Within - Episode 2: The Pact, to its benefit, but the plot seems to have been fumbled in the process.

Honestly I was very disappointed with this episode. I'd feel bad recommending anyone to purchase the season pass at this point. In these episodic games the quality from episode to episode fluctuates understandably. This is why I refuse to give them a final rating until the whole season has been released. There was very little detective work in this episode and far too much time spent with a far too annoying Harley Quinn. The sheer number of villains on the go now is also overwhelming and guarantees most will barely get a word in edge wise.

The Pact is filled with uncomfortable moments that force the player to choose between the right thing and their cover. It also makes important moves to flesh out the season's story arc, and ends with an awesome teaser for episode three. Telltale Games is on a roll this season, and The Enemy Within continues to be some of the developer's best work.

"The Pact" is an interesting follow-up to "The Enigma." Even though this second episode doesn't change the game's formula, it showcases a side of Bruce Wayne Batman fans haven't seen before in video games. The new Harley Quinn-Joker dynamic is also pretty interesting.

Telltale's Batman: The Enemy Within continues with a fantastic second episode that's full of surprises and gets back to basics.

We'll know if The Enemy Within is a truly memorable Telltale product if they can avoid their middle episode valley, but for now, it remains worth getting into costume.

A great continuation of the solid work wrought in the season opener, ‘The Pact' ensures that Telltale's Batman: The Enemy Within continues to soar.

While not as good as the season premiere, Batman: The Enemy Within - Episode 2 - The Pact brings some very interesting storylines and characterizations to the forefront, and puts both Batman and Bruce Wayne into some very interesting positions.

The Pact provides a highly compelling, Bruce Wayne-focused episode that continues to push the momentum of this season forward at a fast pace. The lack of common Telltale features may be a bit off-putting to some fans, but those eager to see Gotham's diverse cast of characters at their best will find plenty to enjoy with The Pact.

I still love Telltale's take on the Bat-verse, but the remaining episodes of The Enemy Within have an uphill climb to get this season back on track.

The Pact weaves a convoluted story that's an improvement over the first episode and ultimately entertaining if you're willing to suspend your disbelief.

Batman: The Enemy Within – Episode Two: The Pact is one of the best Telltale episodes in a long time. Going behind enemy lines with some of Gotham's greatest gangsters makes for a brilliantly tense dynamic, as you wrestle with socially awkward situations in order to keep everyone on-side. With so many different plot threads dangling, it was only a matter of time before a certain kitten came out to play – and the return of Catwoman sets up a third episode that we can't wait to experience.
