Super Mario Party Reviews
Super Mario Party is a party game, as the name suggests. So you can be bored very quickly when you play alone. In the multi-player part and some mini-games are very fun when you play the first time. once you experienced that, they become a little pointless.

While it doesn't propel the Mario Party series to the multiplayer heights of Nintendo spin-off franchises like Mario Kart and Smash Bros, it offers so many pleasant memories when playing alongside friends that I can't help but love it.
Super Mario Party offers old school board game action with action-packed mini-games that make full use of the joy-cons' motion capabilities while delivering new party tricks for all.

It's really a solid and refreshing new entry in the series, and further reiterates how Nintendo isn't running out of ideas in the gameplay department. Just give me online Mario Party mode already!
Super Mario Party is a conservative return to form that makes the most of its core modes, but you'll need to get some friends in the same room to get the most out of everything it has to offer.
Super Mario Party is some of the most fun to be had with a local multiplayer game on the Switch. Unfortunately that is compromised by a deluge of limited modes and design decisions that pull the whole package down. Based the fun factor alone, Super Mario Party justifies its price tag for anyone looking for a new game to play with friends. However, Super Mario Party's fun factor well exceeds the title's fundamental design principles--so tempering one's expectations is a must.
Super Mario Party is where the series should have gone years ago. Gone are the cars, the mini stars, and the one player chasing down the team as Bowser. Here we have a Mario Party game for the ages, one that builds on and will hopefully be built upon, and one I'll be coming back to happily.
Super Mario Party marks the beginning of a revival to the series that was long overdue. Unquestionably charming and consisting of a fresh selection of minigames made with the Joy-Con in mind, it breathes some fresh air into what was a deflated affair. The boards are smaller and the thrills are gone, but what’s new here is a promising look at what could be a new chapter of multiplayer fun from Nintendo.
Super Mario Party elevates the franchise to a new platform and gives you plenty of things to do with friends. The randomness is still a bit more frustrating than it should be, but the high points make up for the occasional frustrations.
Super Mario Party has some strong new ideas, but the game suffers from issues that have plagued the franchise for years, and the online mode leaves much to be desired.
Super Mario Party combines the aspirations of a Wii game with the well-rounded craftsmanship of a Switch title; it utilizes all of the Switch's unique capabilities without relying on any of them. It signals a return to the franchises' origins while adding layers of new content and intricacy to the original Mario Party formula.
Super Mario Party is one of the best entries for the series in a decade. It is incredibly fun for both kids and adults alike, but the online multiplayer implementation is rather disappointing making it more suited for local multiplayer.
Super Mario Party has enough rough and baffling components such that the "Super" tucked into the title feels a bit undeserved, but it shows a developer operating with the best of intentions, attempting to offer up a party for every sort of player.
Super Mario Party brings one of the longest running party game series to the Nintendo Switch, in a game that brings a much expected online component and a great variety of gaming modes. While the amount of content is to be praised, not all is perfect in Super Mario Party, and the one player experience, as well as the co-op games, feel too simple. The online component also falls short of expectations, even if it's a welcome development, but Mario Party is still the number one name in party games out there.

Super Mario Party may not do everything perfectly, but it's easily some of the most fun I've had the Switch since launch. The boards are a bit dull but the overwhelming amount of great new minigames makes up for any short-falls with aplomb.
Super Mario Party is a welcome comeback for the series that seemingly plays it safe with its modes, but still manages to be fun.
If you have a Nintendo Switch, or some friends with their own systems, Super Mario Party can be a good time.
