If you have been waiting for something approaching a new Super Monkey Ball, or just want a pretty direct translation of the Marble Madness formula, Marble It Up! has you covered. Just don't expect a lot from it and you will probably be very satisfied.

Marble It Up is a cool racing platformer that lives in the realm of games like Super Monkey Ball. The controls are quick to learn and the gameplay is simple yet satisfying. The visuals and level designs are wonderful and no two levels look the same. Unfortunately the game doesn't take long to beat, but it's still worth the ride.

There's plenty to like about Marble It Up! in its current form, but if you're not a diehard fan of the genre, it may be worth waiting for a sale due to how short Marble It Up! feels. It's absolutely a well-crafted experience that looks, sounds, and plays great. It's just a little frustrating to see another indie game on the Switch eShop that feels a little light on content, especially with its price point.

Marble it Up is an enjoyable game, but the short length might turn some people off, especially for its twenty dollar price point.  If you're someone who is constantly trying to better their times in games with time trials, or you're a completionist that just has to unlock everything, Marble it Up will definitely keep you busy trying to find new and interesting ways to finish each stage as fast as possible.  Otherwise, the minimal content might turn some off for now, enjoyable as the current amount of content might be.

Marble It Up! is an example of a good, fun game that is based on quick, simple experiences and enjoyable gameplay mechanics, as well as on constantly improving one's performance. Yet and while Marble It Up! will certainly appeal to players who enjoy returning to the same level to improve their rank, players who have more simple experiences will find the emphasis on repetition to be too tiresome and the game's appeal will end up producing different results in different audiences.

Putting its minor issues aside, Marble It Up! has proven to be a fun little gem.

Marble It Up offers some polished entertainment, but it feels incomplete to me. It's often frustrating, not just from uneven difficulty, but from unrealized potential. It needs more to justify its $19.99 price tag. The fun is fleeting.

There’s a solid foundation that’s been built, but it’s not going to be a game that wows or amazes its players.

Marble It Up! is a fun rolling platformer on Nintendo Switch that is easy to get the hang off and very addictive. There's plenty of content to enjoy in the game right now, but the developers have announced they will be working on a multiplayer mode that will be added to the game, as well as extra levels created by the community that will be made available as free downloadable packs.

However, Marble It Up as it is right now is an excellent marble puzzle platformer with not a lot of meat on its bones. It's hard to recommend in its current form because it's so threadbare, but it's something worth keeping an eye on as updates are made.

The baseline key to games of this kind is to get the physics and feel of it right and they’ve absolutely nailed it...

Marble It Up! should not be as great as it is, but this fun marble roller is a blast to play and is a love letter to marble rolling games of the past. This comes highly recommended for any fans of the genre, or just fun games in general.

The true successor to 2006's Marble Blast Ultra is finally here. Marble It Up! carries the torch and is even better than before. It looks stellar. It feels finely polished. Or does it look finely polished and feel stellar? True to both, really. The level design is clever and the future updates are promising. Multiplayer mode will be a good addition. As a Super Monkey Ball fan who has been constantly craving for another entry in the series, I've been a little disappointed that nothing has been made to grab my attention and that a game after Marble Blast Ultra hasn't seen the light of day. Marble It Up! not only does its series justice but proves it's got what it takes to be the best in the genre. Don't stop now. Keep rolling!

I really enjoyed my time with Marble it Up!, bringing back fond memories of games such as Super Monkey Ball and Marble Madness. However, the game only took me an evening to beat all the levels which come as part of the game (at least once). The beauty of having the time-based medal rating system is that I know that I will want to keep coming back until I have all the Diamond medals. I hope that Bad habit productions continue to support the game as well as all of the talented creators out there who have put together enough downloadable courses to last a very long time!

While barebones at launch, Marble It Up is a very fun and simple platformer. There is plenty of variety in each of the levels and they are a blast to race through. It's a great game if you are looking for something leisurely and relaxing to play. Just hurry and give us those added modes!
