Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 Reviews
While the game could use some polish, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 translates well as a video game.
If you were a fan of the first game, Armada 2 is a no-brainer. For the rest of us, it’s the same as before with more stuff in there. The new factions add some much-needed variety into the mix, but the campaigns are static and uninteresting – at least for the first few hours. The unchanged combat is still off-putting to me, but it’s still good for a quick bit of dumb fun. Most importantly, it’s not a bad 40K game. It’s not amazing, don’t get me wrong, but it’s not heresy incarnate.
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada II is a beautiful and ridiculous space opera that delivers on pretty much every front. Anyone who has ever wanted to smash big chunks of (heavy) metal cathedrals at each other will love this game.
Overall, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is a rather enjoyable game. It feels like those who are invested in the Warhammer 40K franchise will enjoy it far more, but newcomers should also find plenty to enjoy if they have fun taking battles into space.
Considerably larger than its predecessor, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is a spectacular, explosive space RTS with a couple of rough edges.
While not perfect, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is absolutely worth your time.
I have been enjoying every moment of it and I'm kind of sad that I let the first one pass me by but very glad I have the opportunity to play this. I just wish I had more time as the amount of fun and hours I can put into this game are endless. This can get some series ground with the ranked matches and could prove a worthy title in the competition scene too. If you are remotely interested in RTS games, I can't recommend this enough as you can be easily taken by and start daydreaming during the day on taking command of your fleet once more.
Even if it tries a bit too hard with it interesting, but shallow campaign structure, Armada 2 more than makes up for it with its ambition to bring all 12 factions into a single game. It’s a dream coming true for Warhammer 40K fans.

With its gorgeous models, bountiful explosions, excellent sound design and voice acting, and an interesting story for each of its campaigns, Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2 is a worthy entrance into the very small cadre of excellent Warhammer 40,000 titles. Well done Tindalos and Focus Home, well done indeed.
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada II is a wonderful visual guide to the spaceships of the grim darkness of distant future, but also a pretty poor and mediocre game.

Deep, engaging and teeming with content, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is one of the best adaptations of Warhammer 40K in the recent memory. Epic battles and competitive nature of gameplay will keep fans of both Warhammer and Strategy games on their toes. Newcomers should be careful however, as game's complex mechanics may not be suitable for those unfamiliar with the genre.

The world of Battlefleet Gothic : Armada 2 is maasive, graphics are beautiful and gameplay is entertaining and deep. But also there are issues like technical problems and Synthetic gameplay complexity. Battlefleet Gothic : Armada 2 is not a masterpiece, but that does not mean developers has failed in creating a very enjoyable game. If you enjoy tactical strategy and games like Starcraft, then i must say Battlefleet Gothic : Armada 2 is a very good choice to play.

If you don’t like extensive real-time micromanagement, then admittedly Armada 2 probably isn’t for you. If you care to devote the time to learning its mechanics, however, then you’ll find a pretty deep and strategically rewarding game of space combat in the grim darkness of the 41st millennium.
While not quite a homerun, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is a fun, tactical space combat experience with some nice story to boot.
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is a big and better version of the first tactical RTS made by Tindalos Interactive

Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is a treat for fans of Warhammer and the space combat genre in general.
A satisfyingly tactical real time strategy game with a deep love of Warhammer 40K lore.
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is a good surprise. It is larger, more varied and more epic than the first episode. The only problem is the lack of clarity of the interface, especially during big battles.
