Intruders Hide and Seek is, probably, one of the best games from PS Talents, the spanish videogame incubator project from PlayStation, at least from the production values: graphics, sound, art, PS VR usage... A hide & seek game with a mortal twist, well executed, but far from perfect: it's a short game (2-3 hours), with long loading times...

Intruders: Hide and Seek may be basic and straightforward in its approach, but it's an enjoyable horror gaming experience with VR functionality.

Intruders: Hide and Seek is a well-thought-out psychological thriller with an interesting plot, good characters and an unexpected denouement that suffers from outdated graphics and constant running around the floors. If you have a PSVR, buy this game on sale - story alone is worth it.

While there are a few rough edges, Intruders: Hide and Seek is well worth a look for stealth fans seeking something different. Crawling around in the shadows of your family's ultra-lux vacation home with only your wits standing between your family and certain doom is far more engaging than I expected. Despite some wooden performances and a rough checkpoint system, Intruders is fun and amusing. A great game for a snowy afternoon.

Intruders: Hide and Seek in spite of an intriguing concept pain to establish an atmosphere, a tension, the fault to a technique too much chick, but also because of a series of missions which seems only thought to lengthen the narrative of a title which although it lasts only four hours, has already seemed very long.

It’s clear that a lot of hard work went into creating Intruders: Hide and Seek. It does a few things very well: its visuals, particularly the atmospheric lighting, are exceptional; the stealth gameplay is enjoyable; and it manages to create a creepy atmosphere. But it’s let down in other ways.

Horror continues to be a real winner in VR. The tense atmosphere and the utter helplessness in playing as a child really translates through the headset. While the core gameplay is basic hide-and-seek, it's still a memorable, if short, experience. Though definitely one that is only worth experiencing in VR. While the whole game can be played without VR, it removes almost all of the tension in doing so. However, Intruders is horribly overshadowed by glaring technical issues. The repeated crashes and getting stuck destroys the immersion completely, something disastrous for a VR title.

Intruders: Hide and Seek is a simple game. It does not present graphics that will be remembered forever, but its gameplay mechanics can make the player feel in danger the entire time inside the house. The PlayStation VR enhances the experience and the game delivers what it intended.

The move from normally more supernatural pursuers to an outright home invasion scenario creates a different flavor

Intruders: Hide and Seek is a decent addition to the growing library of indie horror games available on Nintendo’s hybrid machine. Mechanically, the sluggishness of the movement does begin to wear thin, which is exacerbated further by the frustratingly implemented checkpoint system, but overall, the tension and tone set in those first couple of hours make it worth stepping into Ben’s shoes for a few hours and helping him save his family from a desperate situation. If you’re a horror fan itching for an Outlast-style experience, then Intruders: Hide and Seek is a nightmare worth experiencing.

Intruders: Hide And Seek is a completely new claustrophobic experience. Just the idea of being chased by violent intruders in your own home as a young boy is bad enough - and here you can experience it all at first hand. The conversion to VR makes the feeling of anxiety and fear eat all the deeper into the player's brain. Intruders: Hide And Seek is great (psycho) cinema!

Intruders: Hide and Seek is pretty much a Home Invasion simulator staring some very brave children. I was constantly anxious about what was going to happen next and what was around each and every corner of my own house whilst I explored and tried to avoid the uninvited intruders. Unlike Home Alone, this game is more on the serious side with no silly traps or comical situations, but it's also not as terrifying as the VR horror games which are out there - it sits in between the two. Bar the few issues I had with font sizes and bugs (which should get patched), the experience was beyond what I was expecting and rather interesting with its deep backstory and exposition.
