DiRT 5 Reviews
Dirt 5 is a well-made racing experience that looks and runs like a dream on the new next-gen console, the Xbox Series X! So what are you waiting for? Get your motor running!
Codemasters has managed to inject new purpose into the arcade brethren of their DIRT Rally series. With some fun, community-focused game modes DIRT 5 could be great. It is, however, let down by a lacklustre handling model and mostly non-existent force feedback.
DiRT 5 has slight flaws, but it will still give you hours of adrenaline with its huge variety of tracks and weather conditions. Creating unusual and improbable layouts is also a interesting activity.

DiRT 5 offers us a game that seeks to entertain without further pretensions, giving us more than enough content to spend a few afternoons, either with the trajectory mode, playing online or testing the dozens of arenas created by the community. With more than 60 cars and its "anything goes" philosophy, it will entertain us in short games that you link until time passes by.

DIRT 5 fills your screen with confetti and a party atmosphere. But that, sadly doesn’t change the fact that for as hard as Codemasters try, its one of the most lackluster racing games released this year with boring races and uninspired racetracks.

One of Codemasters' best racing games, DIRT 5 is an unbridled shot of adrenaline-fuelled fun that's impossible not to love. Superlative stuff.
Overall Dirt 5 is a real blast play. With the gameplay not being too strict, it gives you that feeling of being an arcade racing king without having to leave the comfort of your own home. There are some area's like online that need some fine-tuning but these are all issues that could be solved with a future update.
I didn’t expect to fall in love with Dirt 5 as much as I did, and despite all the hours I’ve already put into the game, I don’t expect to stop playing anytime soon. Dirt 5 is lighthearted, simple, effective fun that’ll have you racing around again, and again, and again.
A great game to use for the first time your brand new Xbox Series X.

Dirt 5 isn't the next-gen technical showcase you were probably hoping for, but its excellent off-road tracks are an absolute delight to race on while superb modes such as Arcade, Playgrounds and Online/Offline multiplayer provide enough gas in the tank for numerous revisits.
A showcase of exciting arcade offroading.
If you're the type of person who plays racing games for hundreds of hours, Dirt 5 might let you down and I completely understand why. But for everyone else, it's a very accessible and personality-filled game that should keep you busy for a while.
Following today's racing game trends, DiRT 5 explores the best of speed in the style of the great games of this generation. The automotive experience seeks to bring the maximum fidelity both in models and in simulation of driving aligned to factors such as response to commands and a great soundtrack. Despite bringing many aspects from games like Forza Horizon, the developer shows evolution by producing its fifth title in the series confirming the authenticity of this speed franchise.

It may be a competitive launch window for Dirt 5, but Codemaster's latest racing game still delivers. Design of cars, different weather conditions and great Career Mode make Dirt 5 a fun and interesting racing game. unfortunately despite having beautiful lightening and effects, low quality effects let the game down graphically. Overall Dirt 5 is a fun game that racing lovers will enjoy.

If you’re already a fan of the Dirt franchise, there’s little to take issue with here – jump right in. If you’re a racing fan who’s new to the series, though, I can definitely say Dirt 5 is worth a look.
DIRT 5 refreshes the arcade rally series with a challenging and very engaging racer. An high variety of modes and tracks coupled with a dynamic weather system make it the game to play for all lovers of off-road racing.

Dirt 5 offers an exceptional arcade racing experience with solid controls, stunning visuals, and a jaw-dropping variety of tracks.
Dirt 5 is a solid arcade experience filled with fun moments that is unfortunately held back by it's technical issues in its current state.
If you are a fan of racing simulations, Dirt 5 may not be the best option for you, but as an arcade racing fan, Dirt 5 is one of the best choices you can have. The stunning visuals alone could be worth the price.

Overall, when the game runs it runs great, but you'll be let down more often than not. And it's a real shame because it is a very enjoyable game to play... again though, when it works. I'm sure the developers will patch it a few times before it gets fixed as the random freezing and crashes is what causes the most problems, especially when playing online. But I will be keeping up to date in the comments if it becomes more playable without a mass of bugs and glitches.
