Nice 3D platformer with great visuals and some boring levels as well.

I don't want to take anything away from Sackboy: A Big Adventure. Platformers are one of the genres I am least inclined towards, and were it not part of a (fairly limited) launch range on the PlayStation 5, I might not have been inclined to play Sackboy at all. I am glad that I did, though, because for pure whimsy and quality level design it's a real challenge to Nintendo at its best in this genre, and that's no mean feat. Just don't go in expecting the same qualities that made the LittleBigPlanet series itself so beloved.
While definitely the annoying types of glitches, it takes away only little to what we can still find enjoyable as we progress. It can either be our competitive spirit or our ambition to fully complete the game that drives us from it’s faults — but it can also be the type of errors that can take away a player’s own likeability with the game if it continues.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure accomplishes what few modern games do by simply offering an unabashedly lighthearted world that's bursting with joy, fun, and plenty of laughs. It's an absolute must-have for any gamer who enjoys co-op experiences.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure may not be as flashy as other debut titles, but it's a solid and inspired platformer. It's a joyful experience for all ages, offering fun and carefree gameplay with some secondary challenges for those seeking more.

I wasn’t sure we would be seeing Sackboy again after not seeing him in over 6 years, but I’m certainly glad he’s back and front and centre in this engaging platformer that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. I’m certainly keen for his next adventure, and really hope we don’t have to wait so long next time.
Just about the only complaint I could think of for the game is that its online multiplayer isn't well-populated given that it's not exactly setting the charts alight -- but a) it's fun in single-player, and b) that's the sort of thing that could be fixed if Sackboy had the popularity it deserves. Do your part to help with that by checking it out, and get a pretty wonderful 3D platformer in the bargain.
The port of Sackboy: A Big Adventure was made by the studio Sumo Digital, which is also the creator of the original version. Overall, the title takes the same content as before, but allows PC gamers to catch up, especially with the distribution of many costumes to customize its experience. Compatible with the Dualsense of the PS5, this version offers the highest experience. Despite some slowdowns, especially when using certain technologies such as Ray-Tracing, most of the bugs from the launch have been corrected by the developers. The PC version of Sackboy: A Big Adventure allows many players to discover this colorful and ingenious title that can be played solo or in teams.

When analyzed by its body of work, Sackboy: A Big Adventure is one of the best 3D platform games ever created. Although the children's audience is its main target, here is a recommended adventure for all those who have not let their inner child slip away in time. With its visuals and features superior to those offered by consoles, the PC adaptation is welcome and cause for celebration, because more people will have contact with Sackboy - and that will never be a bad thing.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure is not revolutionary or iterative for the genre, but it’s just a solid and casual platformer. Sackboy is a Sony mascot I’m the least familiar with, though is one of my favorites next to Astrobot. While it is very much a stylized game, the way the colors, material, and textures all come together make it so pretty to see in motion. Sackboy: A Big Adventure is simply a wonderful 3D platformer that will delight everyone of all ages for dozens of hours.
While Sackboy A Big Adventure tends to follow a strict platforming formula, it also shows unparalleled creativity in visuals and level design, even going beyond by incorporating the soundtrack as part of the gameplay in some levels.
Sackboy: A great adventure is an absolutely valid platformer: nice, fun and above all light, which makes it suitable for any type of person, from children to adults.

Sackboy is back with a very colorful and happy vengeance. While the Create option has been dropped, Sackboy has gained a third dimension. On his quest to stop the evil Vex, Sackboy travels through almost lifelike crafted worlds full of perils. While Sackboy himself hasn't learned many new tricks, his enemies and the environment have, resulting in a diverse journey that is a treat to undertake.

We know how crazy 2020 has been, but out of all the games I've played this year, Sackboy: A Big Adventure was the one I didn’t know I needed. It’s a fantastic platformer that appeals to players of all ages. You may feel uplifted, or encouraged, even. The game doesn’t reinvent the wheel for its genre, but the impressive execution, clever ideas, and extra effort behind this platformer proves that the world of Sackboy is a fun place to visit, and that the polish done to every aspect of the game makes it a must-buy for any enthusiast that owns a PS4 and PS5.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure, although it initially didn't wink at me, ultimately disproved me in the most humiliating way. Sumo Digital's platformer brought back memories of the original LittleBigPlanet and overall delivers a very fun and enjoyable 10 hours, which you can experience together with three other friends.
