Just like the previous compilations in the series, Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is an awesome set for visual novel fans and mystery fans alike. The focus on actual investigations more than courtroom drama may throw some people for a loop, but it also shows off how well the series mechanics work. The logic puzzles are good, but the Mind Chess sections of the second game are a tad more exciting. Best of all, the characters and writing remain top-notch, while the various new quality-of-life elements make this one of the more approachable entries yet. While it would be nice to finally see a new entry in the series, it is good to know that at least this release means that anyone can experience all of the games in this series on one platform.
Seeing Edgeworth, Dick Gumshoe, and newcomer Kay Faraday have their time in the spotlight makes for a pleasant detour from the affable Apollo and charismatic Phoenix. Ace Attorney Investigations Collection also contains built-in achievements, a music collection, a handful of design documents, 20 save files, and the ability to switch between the original pixel art or the updated HD visuals. If you're a fan of the Ace Attorney series, you owe it to yourself to give the Investigations Collection a shot, just don't use a loaded gun or you'll have Mr. Edgeworth giving you the business.
The new features and Gallery are quite nice, but the new official translation of Prosecutor's Gambit is the real highlight here, easily overruling any minor complaints.
The release of Ace Attorney Investigations Collection definitely made many fans of the series happy, including myself. This collection introduces many improvements and optimizations under the banner of Quality Of Life to these games, which will not only be pleasant for old fans, but also for the new audience. It just makes it easier and more accessible. Also, the gallery section of the game is very rich and will definitely be attractive to fans of the series. In general, we are facing a very valuable package of two great experiences.

The Miles Edgeworth Collection is a stellar product. It features some of the series' best writing, varied gameplay, and unique set pieces. Not only is this the best way to play these games, it’s one of the only ways to play the fantastic sequel. While the guesswork puzzle-solving can be frustrating at times, all too often, I'm too entirely captivated by Miles and the gang to be that bothered.
Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is crucial proof of the global love that the franchise now receives. A duology that has received the most careful care, the most interesting extras and the possibility of yet another previously exclusive title conquering the world. Small mistakes do not take away from the legitimacy and quality that Edgeworth's cases have. It is a full plate for fans of Visual Novel and the series itself, officially bringing all the games in the saga of top-notch lawyers to the Switch (that is, almost all of them, if you consider a certain crossover with a gentleman in a top hat).

Here we have the historical reparation of the western release of Investigations 2, the amenities we have already seen in previous collections and all the historical value of a packed gallery. The result is guaranteed fun.
