NASCAR 25 Reviews
If you’re after a deep multiplayer experience you may want to circle back to iRacing, but if you want some quality, single-player stock car racing against extremely solid AI, NASCAR 25 delivers.
NASCAR 25 delivers a realistic and immersive racing experience, but does it have enough content to keep players engaged?
NASCAR 25 has proven to be a very welcome surprise, giving you a rendition of the sport that absolutely shines on track. Some of the supporting elements could do with a tune-up, but if you're looking for heart-pounding racing action, NASCAR 25 delivers.
NASCAR 25 is impressive in its scope. From Quick Race, Championship, Multiplayer, or Career, the combinations of tracks, cars, and experiences will keep oval racing fans busy for quite a while. While not perfect, NASCAR 25 is an impressive debut entry in the series.
'NASCAR '25' is a game that fans of the sport will honestly enjoy...if iRacing Studios is going to try and possibly turn this into a yearly franchise, then this is the perfect foundation to start building upon.
NASCAR 25 is a solid racing game but doesn't do enough as a racing simulator to make it stand out. If you like an authentic, challenging on-track experience, this one is easy to recommend. However, anybody other than a NASCAR enthusiast isn't likely to derive enough value from the game to justify picking it up at launch.
With very few options for variety, NASCAR 25 Just doesn't offer enough in terms of depth.
NASCAR 25 aims to be the definitive next-gen NASCAR experience on Xbox Series X, delivering stunning visuals, authentic handling, and a deeper career mode. While the foundation is strong, persistent bugs, technical hiccups, and missing features keep it from reaching full speed. It's a solid start for the series' revival, just one major patch away from greatness
NASCAR 25 is a very solid NASCAR game. I don't think it's going to sell anyone on the spectacle, as I said previously, you've got to be into turning left a lot, but this iRacing backed entry does a lot right and is the best NASCAR game in years outside of the events that iRacing put on themselves.
NASCAR 25 is a solid debut from iRacing, with enjoyable driving and extensive setup options. Career mode feels thin, and the game lacks content like split-screen, more single-player modes, and expanded online multiplayer. Technical issues hold it back, but the core racing experience remains satisfying.

A good return to consoles for NASCAR
NASCAR 25 is a competent simcade that delivers as an official game, with surprisingly good AI and a Career mode with interesting ideas, but it falls short of the realism of iRacing. Its handling is accessible and enjoyable, although uneven on Road. Performance issues on PC, some missing content, a very poor setting, and disappointing online play prevent it from standing out more.

NASCAR 25 delivers a serious, authentic racing experience from iRacing Studios. The career mode now begins in lower tiers and requires real effort to climb to the top, while the on-track physics and opponent behavior shine in simulation-style realism. Some of the management systems and online features feel shallow or under-developed, and the journey is more grind than spectacle — but the foundation is strong.

Nascar 2025 is definitely a far better game than past iterations in my opinion. I hope to see them push the boundaries and offer better customization and even go back to the “Dirt to Daytona” style game where you begin from the actual ground up as a dirt car driver and drive into the big leagues. I feel strongly there is plenty of momentum to push Nascar 2025 into an 8/10.
NASCAR 25 is a strong comeback for the series. It captures the thrill of stock car racing while introducing a long-overdue, structured career experience. There’s still room for improvement, particularly in management depth and customization tools, but it’s a promising foundation. NASCAR games have been slippin’ in the marbles for a while now, but iRacing has steered the franchise back in the right direction.
This is far from being a game changer in the racing genre, but NASCAR 25 gets the job done when it comes to pleasing fans of this very specific racing niche. It looks decent, controls well enough, and whilst its track design is obviously repetitive as hell, it makes up for it with its arcadey vibes (almost a consequence of how quick these races are) and its very interesting career mode. As good as a NASCAR game can possibly be, I suppose.
NASCAR 25 is a game that gets the driving and technical aspects right, but stumbles due to a lack of depth outside of the track and some other issues.

With NASCAR 25, iRacing makes a remarkable console debut, scoring points above all thanks to its extensive license package with four racing classes. The US stock car sport is presented very well and atmospherically, and the career mode alone provides plenty of long-term motivation. Another positive aspect is the numerous settings options, which cater to both rookies and advanced players alike. On the negative side, the somewhat dreary graphics, including avoidable frame rate drops and clearly visible, unsightly pop-ups on the AI vehicles, are worth mentioning. Nevertheless, NASCAR 25 ranks quite high among licensed racing games. In any case, I had a lot of fun with the game and am definitely looking forward to a sequel, as well as the numerous other titles that iRacing has in the pipeline for us console gamers.

NASCAR 25 is a fairly solid debut for iRacing in the console world. It doesn't reach the complexity of the original simulator, but it manages to balance realism and immediacy like few other titles of its kind. The gameplay works, the modes are substantial, and the technical aspects—despite a few imperfections—keep pace. It still needs a little polishing to resolve the opponent AI issues and better optimize performance, but the foundation that has been built is definitely promising for the future of the series.
