Easy Delivery Co. won't be for everyone, but if solitary drives and chill vibes are your idea of a good time, it might be for you. Though its rough edges are visible, its repetition is strangely grounding and can be hard to put down. Ironically, it manages to make the drudgery of gig-economy deliveries feel like a meditative respite.

But as a dip-in-and-out game, or something to play while half-watching something else, it absolutely works. More importantly, it has a very specific mood and commits to it. Somehow, delivering packages in a dark, snowy town has never felt so appealing.

For its modest price, Easy Delivery Co. uhh... delivers on its promise and then some. It's a fine blend of relaxing and eerie mystique that drives the intrigue forward while having a simplistic yet addictive loop. The handling and driving mechanics, combined with the object physics, add a nice layer of depth. After all, it’s cool as hell and satisfying to drift with a stack of boxes in the trunk. There really isn't a single aspect to point to that doesn't work. It's the perfect kind of game to wind down to after work on a rainy night.

Easy Delivery Co. is undoubtedly an enjoyable experience, especially thanks to its almost meditative pace, its intriguing plot, and its quirky characters, but it fails to be truly engaging, mainly because of its repetitiveness.

Easy Delivery Co. is a laid back low poly vibes based game, until it isn't. The core gameplay loop of delivering packages, whilst thinking about your resources, is a fun couple of hours. However, the gameplay becomes stagnant as no real progression is felt until you've almost beaten it. There's an iceberg to delve into post-game, probably found on message boards, but none of it is earned in-game.

While there isn’t anything wrong with Easy Delivery Co., what I find irksome is that it’s clearly made with a love of something I find so appealing, and while it delivers in some aspect, it’s breathing on the neck of greatness. It has all the mechanics down – it feels great to drive the Kei Truck through the snow – but when it comes to conveyance, it lacks a punch. One might say, it doesn’t quite nail the delivery. Oh, wait, I made that joke already.

Ultimately, this isn’t a game that’s trying to push boundaries. It’s creepy but cosy, with no real scares or lingering dread. The mechanics are solid, and for a five-hour experience, it’s excellent. Yes, it leans heavily on nostalgia, but that works in its favour. Life was good for me in 2001. I was four. My biggest concern was eating ice cream without it ending up all over my face. I don’t mind slipping back into that feeling every now and then. This game is great as it is.

Easy Delivery Co. is an atmospheric, low–stakes adventure that perfectly marries its eerie nostalgia with a cozy gaming loop. It can get a bit repetitive and there is a late–game grind, but there’s also a lot of charm to be found that ensures it’s well worth a look – especially if the idea of delivering packages in a town that feels both like Silent Hill and an Animal Crossing island at the same time sounds like your idea of a good time.

Driving down the winding mountain roads and through the massive snow drifts is fun. Good thing too — it’s just about the only thing you’ll be doing for most of the game.

Easy Delivery Co. is a game in which, ironically, your mileage may vary. If you’re easily frustrated by a game that leans a bit into clunkiness, you might want to pass. If, like me, you found the intentional blows to quality of life to enrich the experience, I would consider this an open recommendation. Easy Delivery Co. carries plenty of charm, but more than anything, it plunges players deep into a calming isolation. Loneliness can kill, but in this case, it’s a nice opportunity to crank up the radio and pretend like you have a full-time job.

Easy Delivery Co. is a mysterious ride that captivates with its audiovisual style aimed at the nostalgia of old PlayStation fans, and it doesn’t disappoint with the excellent atmosphere of snowy mountain regions. However, the gameplay quickly falls into monotony, and the wasted potential of NPCs doesn’t make up for it.

I went into Easy Delivery Co. expecting a quirky, throwaway driving game. What I found was something much more thoughtful. Yes, it’s cosy. Yes, it’s simple. But it also has layers, a world that feels melancholy yet alive, a sense of satire about corporate culture, and gameplay that balances relaxation with just enough challenge to keep you engaged. It won’t be for everyone. The gloomy visuals, lack of GPS, and slower pace will put some people off. But for me, it was refreshing, a cosy game with a personality all its own. If you’re in the mood for something a little different, something that mixes snowy night drives with sly commentary about work, Easy Delivery Co. is absolutely worth your time.
