Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok Reviews
If you played and loved the original release of Relink, then Endless Ragnarok is going to be an amazing time. It’s a heaping helping of new battles, new bosses, and new characters. Between that, the summon system, and some new progression mechanics, there’s so much to dive into.
Final impressions of Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok are heavily tied to how you feel about the original game. Liked it and enjoyed clearing the endgame content? Then grab the DLC without hesitation - another 50–100 hours of fun monster-slaying action are guaranteed. Enjoyed the story but not a fan of grinding? Then it's better to skip it.

While the story isn't groundbreaking, anyone who enjoys anime-style action and epic battles will have a blast.

Relink's major expansion is highly impressive, but it's important to set expectations of what it brings; it doesn't completely revamp the game from top to bottom, but it builds upon the endgame of Cygames' action RPG with many new quests, characters, and systems to power-up your roster once more.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok eschews story for brutally hard bosses. It's more of a gauntlet of tough challenges for veteran players rather than the casual crowd, though its new characters and less tedious grind are welcome inclusions.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok answers a lot of the complaints I had with the base game and adds a ton more to do in the game. If you haven’t played Granblue Fantasy: Relink before, this is the perfect time to get the game and the expansion, as it is still an amazing experience.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink's major expansion, Endless Ragnarok, greatly expands the game with an impressive amount of new content. The time and effort required to fully build a character have now increased several times over. New characters, the summon system, new bosses, and the solo roguelike mode all offer substantial, high-quality additions. While the Chaos difficulty features too many reused enemies and the story presentation leaves something to be desired, Endless Ragnarok still delivers 20 to 50 or more hours of additional gameplay.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink isn't a game that I'd suggest for everybody, but if you're a JRPG fan looking for something new to try and enjoy I'd say you can't go wrong. With a fun roster of characters, beautiful art, and fast, energetic gameplay, I can't wait to revisit Relink.
Endless Ragnarok brings a lot of cool fights and content to Relink and, if you haven’t jumped into this ARPG, this expansion effectively joins the base game at a great price. If you’re an existing player and were a fan of the base game, Endless Ragnarok will be for you! If you enjoyed your time with Relink and felt as though you’ve had enough of its loop, this expansion ultimately might not really do much for you. ∎
Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok takes a good game and makes it even better. The reworked and expanded cast are a ton of fun to use, the story is a blast, and the summons and master traits truly change up combat and party composition.
Open Critic: Whether you are a veteran skyfarer returning to optimise your builds and challenge the new content, or a newcomer looking for a fun and mechanically satisfying coop action RPG, Endless Ragnarok is the perfect package for you. Dozens, if not hundreds, of hours of playtime await you in the skies of Zegagrande.

The "Endless Ragnarok" expansion seamlessly continues the events of the main game and tells a truly interesting story, promising around 20 to 25 hours of additional gameplay while introducing exciting new features.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok is a generous, vibrant, and seamlessly integrated expansion that successfully reinforces everything that already made Cygames' action RPG so special. While its story works better as a framework than as a major emotional driver, the combat, the new systems, The Maelstrom, the summons, and the endgame progression turn the return to Zegagrande into an immensely satisfying experience. For veterans, it offers a clear reason to return, and for newcomers, it serves as a more complete and appealing version of an adventure that continues to shine through its characters, art direction, and that JRPG energy that always invites you to look toward the next horizon.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok is the expansion that respects the veteran player's intelligence without shutting the door on newcomers. Master Traits reinvent familiar characters, the six new fighters cover distinct playstyles with mechanical generosity, and the summoning system adds a layer of spectacle that the base game had never touched.

Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok adds so much to not just the endgame but the whole experience that it feels like a 2.0 release.
Granblue Fantasy Relink – Endless Ragnarok is a massive and fantastic expansion, adding more value and content to an already massive world introduced by its predecessor. With additional story content and new Chaos Levels, returning players are given a treat to continue their skyfaring adventures to a whole new level, despite some boss recycling.
A massive expansion for Skyfarers returning to the endless skies. The overhauled farming mechanics and the introduction of the Summons system add new depth to combat, while six highly distinct new characters and challenging new bosses shake things up. However, a progression system still heavily reliant on the Damage Cap and a boss lineup mostly consisting of familiar faces from the base game leave something to be desired.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink — Endless Ragnarok is more of what I wanted from Cygames, and its expansion is meaty with tons of thoughtful decisions made that make sense. Whether I'm exploring the Sky Realm while learning six new characters or entering The Conflux to grind out new materials and gear, I'm consistently having a blast with this game. Even if the main story isn't up to par with the base game, it warrants a return because the gameplay really is that good and even now, 100-plus hours later, there's something new to discover. And thankfully, all the new bosses provide a real and hard-hitting challenge — which will have you itching to get back into the fight with every loss.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok offers dozens of hours of additional content for solo players or multiplayer enthusiasts who want to return to the skies of Zegagrande for a little more grinding.
