Amnesia: The Collection Reviews
Despite the performance problems and the fact that there has been hardly any improvement over the original versions in the graphics section, Amnesia Collection is a good horror game. It will take us a long time to complete them, but they are an experience worth experiencing, especially The Dark Descent.

If you have stuck with me this far into the review, I think it goes without saying that this is one of my favourite series ever, and I could not recommend it enough. If you are scrolling through to see my final thoughts, this collection is near perfect, and if you are a horror fan, then you need to have it on your system.
Overall the gameplay is enjoyable and as frightening as always, although the visuals are starting to become a bit dated. With Justine being much shorter then the others I feel the asking price for the Amnesia Collection is a bit too high. The first and third game are really enjoyable and if the collection goes on sale I would definitely recommend picking it up then.
It’s a proper little time capsule that’s perfect for those who’ve already exhausted their fear glands with Outlast and Layers of Fear and want another means to chill their blood in the run-up to Halloween.
I never played these games until they released on consoles a couple years ago but Amnesia: Collection became one of my favorite horror games once I finally did get that chance to play it. The graphics do show their age but I still feel like it’s a must play collection of horror games for anyone who hasn’t experienced it.
If you’ve never experienced Amnesia before, there’s never been a better time to dive into it than now!
Amnesia: Collection brings three landmark horror games to the Nintendo Switch, allowing fans of horror games to live some terrifying experiences in a very convenient format. The first chapter of the series shows some performance issues but that doesn't stand in the way of this collection being a remarkable effort to deliver a chilling, hair-raising time.

Ultimately the Amnesia Collection feels caught between essential and outdated
Overall, I was extremely pleased and delighted to replay one of my favorite horror games and also experience for the first time the sequel and standalone called Justine. The mix of scary atmospheres and ear-tickling sounds play a great part in what makes a horror game.
If you’re looking for a Halloween stream or your next game to curl up with in bed, Amnesia Collection should be at the top of your list, especially if you haven’t played it before. With one masterpiece of a game and two good ones tagging along, Amnesia Collection on Switch is a whole new way to lose sleep playing video games.
If you're into horror games or at least watching streamers play horror games there's a good chance you're already familiar with at least one of the titles in this collection...
Amnesia is a frightening series that is probably the best of its genre. It doesn't look good, but with sound and darkness it achieves a peak horror effect.

Amnesia: Collection groups one exceptional must-play horror game with two good ones in a trilogy that is well worth the time of any horror fan.
Amnesia: The Collection offers up a good 15+ hours of tense exploration, puzzling, and scares that survival-horror fans should enjoy. With a strong focus on the narrative and mostly linear progression, you're unlikely to play through them more than once, but it's still great value for money.
The best way to collect all Frictional Games' Amnesia. Be ready to be scared because the feeling is between fear and madness. The port to PS4 is a nice work and the experience is a "must" for lovers of survival horror games.

Overall, Amnesia Collection is a great option on PlayStation 4 since it includes more than enough content for its asking price, and it will surely delight fans of the horror genre. If you want to see how the team refined their craft on their way to creating SOMA, then be sure to give this collection a go!
Folks who already own The Dark Descent and its follow-ups on PC might not find enough cause to double dip but players new to the franchise will discover a lot of value in this compilation.
The Amnesia franchise has finally come to the console within a single Amnesia Collection. Of course, from the perspective of PC players, it doesn't bring anything new, but PS4 owners finally have the opportunity to fully assess the quality of this series.

I’ve heard the chorus of “scariest game of all time,” I’ve seen the countless accolades, and I came into the games wanting to like them, wanting them to terrify me.
