Monster Hunter: World is a revelation, taking a series that was once reserved for all but the most hardcore of fans and tweaking it enough to make it appeal to a new generation of gamers while still keeping its core perfectly intact.

Monster Hunter World exceeds all expectations and presents itself as one of the best entries of the series so far. Besides some minor issues with a overloaded UI and some questionable help mechanics the game manages to keep you on enjoying the grind and is definitely the best title in the series for newcomers.

It's hard to imagine another game capable of drawing our attention like this one. Monster Hunter World is huge, captivating, challenging and addictive, especially if played with a group of friends. Capcom has improved so many things over the original formula, it's almost impossible to keep track. Seriously, there's no better moment like now to begin your hunting career.

Monster Hunter World isn't the perfect game in any way, but it's a great first step for those who haven't played this series before. And with plenty of new content, deep mechanics and a beautiful world it will not disappoint the hardcore-fans either.

Monster Hunter: World is an amazing experience to have. I enjoyed my time exploring everything in the game. The world is beautiful, the monsters have unique designs and fighting style, and finally the depth the game offers with its weapons, each weapon plays differently and require some time to master. The game is enjoyable if you play it alone, but it is way more fun with friends. Sadly, there was some connection issues with the servers prevented me from playing online at sometimes, and even if the servers worked just fine, the complicated steps to start an online game might impact the experience for some players.

Despite a strong focus on accessibility and numerous quality-of-life improvements over previous titles, Monster Hunter: World still begs you to muscle through your initial struggles and build a comfort level with the gameplay systems and pacing. Should you find yourself slowly embracing the concepts, you may blink and notice hundreds of hours have been invested, with you now proudly calling yourself a fan. With a great multiplayer element, there are few games that are more fun to play with friends, but even going alone with your purring Palico sidekick, the satisfying routine of taking down monsters and using their bits to upgrade your gear to take on tougher monsters never seems to get redundant. This is the Monster Hunter game for the world. There is no better entry point for beginners and no better magnum opus for the series.

The essential Monster Hunter experience that you can't afford to miss. Despite the clumsy nature of the combat, the game is well tailored for newcomers and veterans of the series alike.

Monster Hunter World renews the hunts of the saga keeping the keys that made it great and unique, but with enough new features and adaptations so that all players can get closer to it. This is the most dynamic, intuitive, modern, funniest, and almost unlimited release thanks to its online features.

So, what’s my final verdict on Monster Hunter: World? All in all, Monster Hunter: World is a beautiful, terrifyingly primal experience that sits among the best… Whilst also being somewhat of a regression for this beloved franchise – Beginners are both wholeheartedly accepted, yet left adrift by a lack of guidance or assistance, and the smaller pool of monsters leaves a lot of room to be filled (Possibly through DLC or expansions); Monster Hunter: World throws players, new and old, into a brand new world, with brand new experiences lying in wait around every corner… It just needed that little bit more polish to make the deal even sweeter.

One thing that makes Monster Hunter: World so hard to review is there is simply so much here to see and explore. With a variety of different weapons, plenty of monsters, some free upcoming content and countless secrets, there is little to dislike. Sure, the online system could be a bit better and the story sucks, but it is easily forgotten once you get a team together to hunt. So, if you're looking for a deep, thoughtful and beautiful game, you can't go wrong with Monster Hunter: World. However, if you're not interested in learning the mechanics or get frustrated very easily, this one isn't for you.

Monster Hunter World has become a monstrous and beastly good game. First of all, let's say that it is virtually impossible to paint such a complete and accurate picture of this adventure. The vibrant world of 'The New World' encompasses so many monsters, secrets and resources that you could dedicate a book to it.‎

Monster Hunter: World is the most transformative game in the whole series. The open world is fantastic, and the ecosystem is vivid. Besides, the exploring and hunt experience will give you a huge sense of achievement, and a lot of new humanization design makes this game friendly to newcomers. Capcom absolutely made Monster Hunter great again.

The things that have been simplified are things that were needlessly time-consuming in the first place...What hasn't changed is hunting monsters with beautifully balanced weaponry, and that was always the point.

I feel like I'm just scratching the surface of what Monster Hunter World has to offer. The sublime combat against a variety of awe inspiring monsters- the meaningful sense of progression where every little thing that I did felt like it mattered- it all culminated to the thrill of the hunt in those moments where with only a single life left, I fought against the odds, shoulder to shoulder with a group of strangers who became my brothers in-arms and when it was all said and done, I waved goodbye knowing that we had shared an unforgettable moment of triumph… until the next hunt.
