Detroit: Become Human Reviews
Quantic Dream strikes again and delivers a great game with no major flaws. If you own a PlayStation 4, you shouldn't miss David Cage's latest game, because he has proven he still has something left to say.

Quantic Dream have given us a game that is engaging, packed full of emotion, has brilliant acting performances and carries a very powerful message. It’s almost infinitely repayable without ever having the exact same experience twice because they’ve delivered on their promise of a massive branching storyline, with each chapter having numerous possible outcomes each with a ripple effect that impacts the remaining game. It does have some minor noticeable lip sync issues that I noticed and the camera can be the cause of some frustration, but not to the point that it takes away from the cinematic experience or makes the game unplayable at all.
Detroit: Become Human is a great adventure with multiple choices. Great atmosphere and a story that is all in your hands.

Detroit: Become Human is definitely the highest point reached by David Cage. Some slightly less strong sequences do not affect a gaming experience full of interesting points of view, in which one really has the sensation of making choices.

If you can get past the heavy-handedness with which Detroit: Become Human approaches some of its story, you'll find that it is possibly Quantic Dream's best effort yet.
A great adventure that looks as awesome as it plays with multiple choices that really matter and a compelling history that it's worth your time.

Detroit: Become Human is best when it foresees the consequences of our decisions and sets up a clear choice — or a muddy choice. It creates the illusion of the Butterfly Effect, where small actions can lead to big consequences.
Detroit: Become Human is a game that's better experienced first-hand than read about and I highly recommend anyone who can play it to do so, especially now that it has been made available to PC gamers.
One of the most compelling and immersive games of this generation.
I strongly recommend this game made by Quantic Dream. It impressed me under many point of view, and it can be considered the true heir of Heavy Rain, taking its strongest aspects (gameplay, interaction with the environment) and improving its flaws (a great plot and an incredible graphic). Though, the game still has some imperfections, like sometime too small environments, and stereotypical plot twists. But in any case, I suggest you to live the experience that this game can give to you, if you love graphic adventures and if you’re fan of Quantic Dream’s creations.

Despite being too similar to Heavy Rain during its first hours, Detroit: Become Human is an exciting, deep and controversial look to what technology has made of us. David Cage and Quantic Dream made a wonderful story that's completely worth playing.

Detroit’s ability to manipulate human emotion which causes it to become a truly memorable experience. The game will present you with a selection of imperfect options, and plenty of your choices will leave you questioning your personal ethics. Detroit: Become Human is intelligent sci-fi at its finest.
Detroit: Become Human feels like the best Quantic Dream has ever put in all of their games. It is indeed an interactive movie, with quick time events as dialogue choices, but at every scene it makes us feel on the edge of our seat, hoping for the best of this cast of robotic characters and the world they live in.

There are some great story paths to Detroit: Become Human that can lead to different outcomes, but it's still a Quantic Dream game through and through. Expect a convoluted story that reveals itself through repeated playthroughs, characters that you grow attached to and fear to lose, and enough QTE-driven fights to make your thumbs bleed.
This is a transhumanism story for the android set. I devoured every chapter of these artificial intelligences shedding their artifice. And I learned that being human is filled with daily acts of self-sacrifice.
Some games allow us to escape reality, and some force us to take a long hard look at it. Detroit: Become Human is one of those games that straddles the border between entertainment and reality.
Detroit: Become Human is a testament to how far the genre of interactive narrative storytelling has come and, at the same time, how much further it can go. While it might still suffer from some annoying QTE moments and a few narrative speedbumps, it delivers on promises that many other games in this genre make yet fail to keep, especially in how the choices you make can lead to very different experiences down the line.
David Cage's best title with memorable characters and real consequences of our decisions.
