Farming Simulator 19 Reviews
Overall, Farming Simulator 19 plays well and effectively puts you in the shoes of a farmer. Many use games as sort of escapism, to become something fantastical, powerful, to overcome evil, etc. Farming Simulator serves the same general purpose, only in a more realistic and tangible way by sating our curiosity about a profession that many of us will never know.
Farming Simulator 19 has a remarkable improvement since its last edition, with better graphics, more scenarios, colors and animals to take care of, but still sins in the movement of objects in the scenario. It seems to be a game aimed only at the loyal audience, not at the beginners, because the learning curve is very delicate. The new features add more dynamism, but I feel it should've had more customizable options.

New farming season offers a lot of activities, vehicles, animals and crops. But still can improve.

If nothing else, the developers are doing genuinely good work in highlighting a job that we should all be much more aware of. We don't survive without our farmers, after all.
Farming Simulator 19: Platinum Edition is the latest to come out of the Farming Simulator series; that is until 20 inevitably comes out for PC next year. I’ll be reviewing this game as a whole as we don’t have a standalone review for the base game. The Farming Simulator franchise has been around for over ten years now. That formula hasn’t changed all that much. Which depending on the type of player you are, it is either a good or bad point.
Farming Simulator 19 Platinum Edition is immense, tricky and certainly not a walk in the farm! There is a handy tutorial to set you on your way but be warned, you will lose many days if not months of your life to this game in order to perfect your farm. As a father of 4 boys I would personally struggle to sit down every day for a few hours to carry on what I was doing from the day before. That said this is the perfect form of escapism if you just need to go chill and take time out from your life, which let’s face it, we should all do from time to time. The attention to detail within the game as well as the amazing CLAAS vehicles that have been included in this edition really bring something to the table if you love your farming and engineering. I award Farming Simulator 19 Platinum Edition the Thumb Culture Gold Award!
Good game where there are, improved over previous deliveries in the graphic and management aspect, as well as a much more careful multiplayer mode with many other small improvements, things that the community was crying out for.

Farming Simulator 19 was not made for me, and that’s fine. There is clearly an audience that enjoys the series, and for those that do, there is a hell of a lot of depth in terms of gameplay mechanics.
Giants Software brought their fans another installment of the Farming Simulator series, this time with number 19, John Deere and slightly better physics. If you're a fan of virtual farming, Farming Simulator 19 should fully satisfy you.

Farming Simulator 19 is another solid entry in the series. With the addition of John Deere and more animals brings some more fun to existing players and new. Though I feel it's missing a few things to bring it over the top, Farming Simulator 19 still deserves respect for where it's at today.
Farming Simulator 2019 fails to improve on its predecessors in any meaningful way. It adds horses, customizable farms and slightly improved visuals, but many of its fundamental flaws are still lingering underneath. If you like Farming Simulator, you’ll like this – it’s pretty much exactly the same.
Farming Simulator 19 still manages to be the best farming game on the market mainly due to Giants Software obsession over details and how incorporates the feeling of “owning your farm”, but its foundations are already showing its age.

Farming Simulator might not be the most exciting game, but it's not without virtue. Vehicles can be impeccably modelled, the gameplay frees up space in your mind, and harvesting large swathes of grain can be satisfying. Those moments of joy are few and far between, though, and only the most dedicated farmer could take FS19 as a standalone experience without being consumed by Kantian levels of apathy. Perhaps I'm too cynical to appreciate the simple act of creating food in a virtual sense, calloused by the constant stimulation that the internet and games provide me. On the other hand, it could just be that farming is super dull.
As someone who never saw themselves living out life in the country managing crops and livestock counting every grain as to determine whether all my efforts were fruitful, Farm Simulator 19 reaffirms that it will never be part of my train of thought. For those who are interested though, they may find a lot to look forward to and will be bombarded with many pieces of information based on the time put into nurturing their piece of horticultural heaven. Beginners won't feel that at ease during the early stages, but I guess a decent amount of time spent in the game might start making sense after a while. It's no technical marvel, but like any trusty old tractor, it does what it does for those who like it.
Farming Simulator 19 is a complex and intricate farming experience but it is incredibly fun once you have grasped all the mechanics. The relaxing nature of the game sets you up for a great couch gaming experience, and the amount of work to be done on your land, as well as others, will give you endless hours of gameplay.
Farming Simulator 19 has beautiful and realistic gameplay mechanics. however, we can't see different gameplay mechanics in the new game compared to the previous game.

Farming Simulator 19 is a tough, detailed and rewarding experience that does its best to ease the path of the uninitiated and provide a challenge for players returning from previous iterations.
Farming Simulator 19 is the most expansive game of its type to ever release on consoles and represents a definite step forward for the series and the genre itself.
