PGA Tour 2K21 is a fluid take on golf with incredibly tight mechanics that would be perfect for newcomers were it not for 2K's aggressive microtransactions. All sense of progression is held back by an in-game shop that demands hours of grinding on the player's part or real-life money. What is worse is that this practice makes it difficult to enjoy everything the title has to offer. Player customisation moves too slow and career mode simply offers too few rewards to feel rewarding. There is a good game in PGA Tour 2K21 somewhere, but it will never be found so long as microtransactions hold back actual game design.
Overall, PGA2K21 is a great game to pass the time with but not without its issues. I recommend playing through this if you are a true golf fan. But for fans of the previous series such as the EA golf games (Tiger woods, Rory Mcllroy) I'd probably stay away as this is such a far cry from the games you remember. However, if you can manage to get past the controls you can have a decent time. Even with some of the issue that regarding controls this game still with provide hours and hours of content that will keep you replaying key moments through the various modes. So, as it stands PGA2K21 is just par for the course no more no less.
PGA Tour 2K21 scratches the itch for the hardcore golf fans out there, but casual players are going to find a game that is lacking deeper options even though the game itself is beautiful. It's a good entry that hopefully is built upon in the future.
PGA Tour 2K21 borrows a lot from its Golf Club predecessors. By adding a helpful tutorial and many aids, HB Studios have made the game accessible to newcomers, while retaining higher difficulty levels for returning golf fans. PGA Tour 2K21 is the most all-round golf game currently available.

PGA Tour 2K21 is a fun, enjoyable golf game that has made me into a begrudging fan. It still could use some work on the presentation front, but with underlying mechanics this good already, I'm excited for the future of the franchise.
HB Studios continues to improve the title that had a rather humble beginning. Each year brings with it new features and improvements and that's no easy feat. That being said, PGA Tour 2K21 isn't perfect and whilst the presentation has seen a much needed improvement it's still a touch limited, especially in the commentary department. Though if you're keen for a round of golf but don't fancy the walk that goes with it, you won't find anything better on offer.
PGA Tour 2K21 appears to be taking the series in a good direction, with a larger PGA license to boot. The presentation may be lacking, but the feel of the game is spot-on. Tuning up the graphics, expanding the license to include more pros, caddies, and the like, and filling out the commentary will really help to sell the immersion that games such as this rely on. Despite the issues present in the game, PGA Tour 2K21 is a solid golf game for fans of the sport.

It's a very interesting game that will be unrivaled. The main focus was on realism, starting from the graphics to get to the controls. Graphically the title is excelled with very interesting visual details.

2K have completely rejuvenated video game golf. Not just that, they’ve published a great video game that I am having so much fun with. More than I ever expected to. I can’t speak for someone who advocates for and regularly watches golf, but what I can say is PGA Tour 2K21 has done more to get me interested in the sport than I ever have been. I cannot wait to see how HB Studios and 2K keep building and growing PGA 2K for the next generation and years ahead.
PGA Tour 2K21 offers an exciting and enjoyable golf experience for both newcomers and Pros. There are some shortcomings in career mode, and it is not as engaging as other sports sim career modes, but the game's main mechanics are fascinating. There are some flaws in the game, but it is one of the best golf experiences in years and can be an excellent choice for both complete beginners and diehard fans.

On the golf course, PGA Tour 2K21 is a fairly fun game. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the game modes. The career is way too simple, and even the online does not offer anything exciting. Graphics and sounds are decent, but could be vastly improved.

PGA Tour 2K21 plays a solid golf game with enough flexibility in its control settings to appeal to both die-hard simulation buffs and casual golf fans just looking for a quick round. Its real-life pro players are so underused they may as well not be in here and the game may not yet have the typical 2K Sports trademarks – the polished story mode, the slick TV-style presentation – but it also isn't plagued with microtransactions, and the result is a game that, refreshingly, just gets on with it.
Technically impeccable and fantastic to behold, 2K's first PGA Tour game is already the best golf sim currently available.
As someone unlikely to play most of these courses in real-life, I relish the chance to visit them in video-game form. From driving off the tee, reading the green, and everything in between, this title offers a lot in spite of itself. If you're someone who enjoys golf sims, please don't let some careless glitches prevent you from checking out PGA Tour 2K21 on the Nintendo Switch. With practice, even a real-life duffer like myself can rack up his share of eagles.
