Little Nightmares II has far surpassed the original, and it holds true that this series remains one of the most terrifying and emotionally provocative experiences you will ever face! Once again Tarsier Studios have enthralled me, gripping me for a solid 9 hours straight playthrough that I just could not step away from. I have experienced loneliness, companionship, hope, joy, despair, terror and betrayal. Overall, I feel like my heart has been ripped out, but I would willingly go through it all again. If I had to find fault with anything, the controls can be a little cumbersome and may take some getting used to, and at times my jumps did not quite land the way I wanted. I only encountered one bug where a hatch would not open by a checkpoint, but this was easily resolved by restarting from that point. Will I be revisiting? Yes, it appears I truly am a masochist, but there are collectible, wearable hats and sorrowful glitches I must go back for. I am sure this is not the last we will see of Six and Mono’s story, and I am genuinely excited to see what comes next!

Little Nightmares II is a great continuation of the grotesque exploration puzzle series. The game is a solo adventure, yet you’ll be joined by the protagonist of the previous game, both working together to discover the reason behind the strange signal and put an end to its hypnotic control. Some parts can get frustrating when trying to run away or solve a puzzle with a timer before you get slaughtered, but this only leads to a lot of satisfaction upon completion. Aside from a few issues with the controls, there’s very little to complain about within this brilliant no hand-holding horror game. Whereas the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in terms of the gameplay, the updated visuals, immersive sound, confusing yet interesting story, and new gruesome freaks, all combine to ensure that after playing Little Nightmares II, you’ll be having ‘Little Nightmares’ of your own…

I have hugely enjoyed my time playing Little Nightmares II on Xbox. The mature themes and tense moments that made the first game so fun are present in full force, and like the first game there are plenty of secrets to be found and stories to uncover. If you want a good horror platformer, then Little Nightmares II doesn’t disappoint.

Little Nightmares II then – a grimy, grotesque and greasy journey through a city of nightmares, it’s inhabitants a collection of melted skin and incorrect proportions, a twisted take on the world around us, with everything good and pure buried under an all powerful darkness. A journey worth not just experiencing, but one you deserve to survive through too. Will you be able to recall all the details once you’ve woken up? Probably – but you may not want to do so. Not yet. Let the nightmare fade first. Let the light come back in.

If you are a fan of puzzle games and love the adrenaline of a good horror title, Little Nightmares II should definitely be in your collection. Despite the slow plot and few details, the game is a huge evolution from its predecessor, both in terms of gameplay, which brought new ideas, as in the proposal of psychological terror, ensuring many distressing and breathtaking moments.

Despite some annoying glitches, Little Nightmares 2 is a game any horror fan should play. The controls are simplistic, but the puzzles and enemies provide plenty of challenge. While still charming, the horror feels darker, and the themes will have you thinking for a long time after you finish the game. While you won’t need to play the first game to understand the events of Little Nightmares 2, any fan of the series will have fun piecing together how these two games connect.

Mono and Six make a perfect team in a horrible world that draws you as the player and them as characters into its darkness so effortlessly oh and make sure you listen carefully throughout the end credits too! There will always be something extra creepy about discovering that the only way into a place is via the same way that someone escaped…!

If you enjoyed Little Nightmares, then playing Little Nightmares 2 should be a no brainer. It’s more of the creepy and unsettling horror we’ve come to love/hate, with slightly more refined controls, a few new mechanics, and a rather heartbreaking story. If you’re new to the franchise, you may experience a little bit of a learning curve, but should be able to pick up and enjoy Little Nightmares 2 easily… As long as you can bring yourself to keep playing, of course.

Little Nightmares 2 is one of the beautiful games and titles that you should not miss and its a must buy. It is a masterpiece in all aspects, from the story, style of play and music to the dazzling and bleak graphics that give you the fear factor, as it demonstrated the ability of the developer to make us feel terrified and excited constantly by putting up New ideas ,despite the many risks.

Little Nightmares II presents a perfect blend of enjoyment, frustration, modern horror and wonder. Much like the first instalment, it is a rather short game but it leaves you wanting more rather than leaving you feeling short-changed.

If you were excitedly waiting for the second part, the sequel will certainly not disappoint you, quite the opposite. Great action and horror scenes, scary enemies, interesting puzzles, harmonious underlining music, strong emotions, an outlined story that raises questions and a unique stylization of the world of Little Nightmares await you. However, for enthusiastic players of horror games, it will not be such a strong experience due to the content of the same episodes, and therefore predictability. We were left with so many questions about the unexplained story that we wouldn't be surprised if we got a third part from the developers at Tarsier Studios in the future.
