Rogue Legacy 2 is the pinnacle of what the genre should be and is a must-play for fans of the original and newcomers alike. Now go make your ancestors proud!
Rogue Legacy 2 is everything you loved about the first game and thensome. It’s the most satisfying roguelite since Dead Cells and a game you’ll just keep coming back to again and again. Even if the original wasn’t your cup of tea, Rogue Legacy 2 does enough different to be worth a second look, though you will need patience to contend with its early stages. Stick with it and you’ll be heavily rewarded with refreshing content, a great challenge and some truly wonderful moments
Rogue Legacy 2 is near perfect and will have players exploring the castle for many hours. If you are a fan of roguelikes or Metroidvania I highly recommend this!
One of the OG roguelike classics has been given an overhaul but retains its unusual charms and challenges

Rogue Legacy 2 manages to bring back everything that worked in the first game and improve in almost all aspects. consegue trazer tudo que funcionou no primeiro jogo e melhorar quase todos os aspectos. Making use of the excellent premise and gameplay of the classic title, this sequel doesn't try to reinvent the wheel but knows how to get the most out of the strengths it already had and add a lot of content on top. Switch's performance is impeccable and playing this excellent roguelike in portable mode anywhere is highly recommended.

Rogue Legacy 2 is a thoroughly recommended pick-up for just about anyone, and now that it’s on the Switch, that’s even more the case since it becomes a portable “just one more run affair” alongside other modern classics like Hades and Loop Hero. You should waste no time in adding this game to your game library, it’s well worth it!
Rogue Legacy 2 builds upon everything Rogue Legacy established and improves on it in every way. Its addictive gameplay and beautiful world-building are enough to make it one of our favorite games of the year.
Rogue Legacy 2 is the perfect sequel. It retains the core of what made the original fantastic, with every feature adding tremendously to the experience. Its cleverly revised class system adds near-limitless gameplay variety, which makes each attempt fun – even when you fail abysmally. This game is everything I wanted from the follow-up, and then some.
Rogue Legacy 2 offers so many options when it comes to classes, upgrades, and ways to play it that anyone remotely open to the roguelite genre should check it out. I might have asked for a bit more direction in how to approach certain upgrade paths since the volume of choices can be borderline overwhelming, but it’s a minor quibble when everything else about the game is so fantastic. Rogue Legacy 2’s memorable world and overflowing personality will keep you invested until the very end.
Rogue Legacy 2 has followed in the footsteps of its predecessor, taken everything that made it great and built a fun and unforgettable experience.

Rogue Legacy 2 is a masterwork in taking something already great and elevating it without getting lost in ambition and abandoning the core interest. It’s Mega Man 2. It’s LeChuck’s Revenge. It’s freaking Super Smash Bros. Melee. This is the way all sequels should be, and I’m ecstatic to finish my review so I can go back and play it again.
Rogue Legacy2 shows a perfect combination of Rogue-lite and Metrovania. the game is enjoyable for hundreds of hours thanks to both genres compensate each other's downside. While, the improved exploring and battle systems added the completeness to the previous title, similar gameplay styles and monster designs can make you feel somewhat dull.

Rogue Legacy 2 has entangled me in its grind. It has cracked that code in me where others often get it wrong. Thanks to the randomness of the heroes, the ability to carry over progression, and the fun combat, I have that urge to keep playing. Rogue Legacy 2 will easily sit in my top games of this year and possibly be one of the most fun times I’ve had this year.
Rogue Legacy 2 doesn't revolutionize the saga but expands and improves every part of it, adding great variety and many options for the players. This will keep it a constant presence in your hard drives for many months.

Rogue Legacy 2 is a perfect example of what action roguelikes can offer. With robust gameplay systems and a proposal that does not use procedural generation as a crutch, it is simply a must-see.
