Persona 5 Reviews
Persona 5 is a massive, gorgeous JRPG with well over 100 hours of gameplay for completionists. With more to do than ever and the series' strongest story to date, it stands out as an extraordinary, memorable experience and easily one of the deepest JRPGs of the last decade. Its sprawling dungeon design and stylish, fully realized world are an absolute joy to explore, and even after three playthroughs and the Platinum trophy, I find myself itching to go back to try different dialogue options with Confidants or revisit particularly fun puzzles. This is a new gold standard for Japanese RPGs and by far the best entry in the series yet.
Beautiful, badass and audacious, Persona 5 is going to steal your heart.
You've been waiting for this one a very long time, and you'll find your patience has more than paid off. The Phantom Thieves are coming to steal your heart, but you'll give it to them gladly.
Persona 5’s well-crafted story, exciting combat, and deep systems make it my favorite entry in the series – and the best Japanese RPG in years
Persona 5's compulsive gameplay and infectious energy make it a standout RPG.
It successfully pushes this series to new heights of polish, allure and charm. It has a few blemishes, enough to distract a bit from the intriguing and weighty themes that the game wrestles with. But even through the rough patches, Persona 5 doesn't give up a drop of its colorful personality.
This game will take many, many hours of your time. In exchange, you'll get a terrific, pulpy story told with style to spare. Persona 5 took nearly 100 hours of my time, and I gave it gladly.
Persona 5 weaves engaging JRPG combat around a thoughtful, exquisitely stylish tale of thieves and the struggle to survive in an unfair society. Buy it.
Persona 5 is a once in a generation game.
Persona 4 is such a beautiful RPG that it seemed like an impossible task to ask any sequel to surpass it, but Persona 5 manages to keep the series’ conceits working while adding meaningful improvements. Dungeons are more fun to explore and you have more options in battles. Other, smaller quality-of-life changes make things easier, like getting texts from friends when they want to hang out.
Persona 5 is one of the best games I have had the pleasure of playing and something that managed topping my favourite game of all time Persona 4 Golden in almost every way.
The beauty of a game like Persona 5 is its ability to perfectly bring together all its different elements. The game will impress you with how it can balance between all its connected systems, and how it does so flawlessly. As you're walking around Tokyo, you'll be making lists of all the things you need for your upcoming trip to the Palaces. While you're at the Palaces, you'll be making lists of items you'll potentially need the next time around to boost your team's stats. You'll be immersed in the game's sights and sounds, and laugh along as your team members banter. You don't just play the game, you experience it with all your senses. This is what Persona offers. It sucks you into its world and you'll find yourself thinking about it without realizing as if it's a second life you've always wanted to live.

Persona 5 made me fume, cry, smile and laugh all the way through the 166 hours I played it, and that is doubtlessly a testament to the exceptional experience this ultimate Japanese high schooler simulator provides.
Artistically refreshing, fun, deep and long. One of the best RPGs that we are going to see on 2017... But it's only in english, which is a mayor flaw on Spain.

Starting from the art direction, following with the gameplay elements and ending with the plot and anything that comes to your mind, Persona 5 is an unvaluable master piece. It doesn't redefine it's genre but it's outstanding in all of his aspects.

"Persona 5" is an absurdly imaginative game.
Persona 5 stole my heart. It was impossible to believe that the best game of the already venerated series was still to come, and yet somehow everything works wonderfully. I’d rather the dialogue didn’t pad things out as much as it did, but I was captivated from beginning to end, while it successfully brought back mechanics long thought out-dated, and introduced smart changes for the better. An essential RPG for 2017 that you should not miss out on.
'Persona 5' proves that there's still room for an epic, 100-hour RPG
Persona 5 is one of the best JRPG ever: a great must for fans and an incredible title for any neophyte who wants to approach the genre. A really masterpiece.
