As was to be expected from a Blizzard title that had much to prove, Overwatch excels in presentation with its overall production value, hero and map design. The beautiful, sharp and colorful graphics are accompanied by a heroic soundtrack composed by Derek Duke, Neal Acree, Sam Cardon and Cris Velasco. This is one great looking shooter with hot cosmetics and some fun hero dialogues added in the mix while keeping things real on the side of system requirements!

Overwatch is a load of fun that anyone can pick up and play. It's one of the reasons that 9 million people played in the beta and are still playing now.

From its commendably inclusive roster to its varied, dramatic action, it's brimming with an welcoming liveliness that's all too rare in games, multiplayer or otherwise.

It’s a quality-over-quantity approach for Overwatch, and one that works superbly. Blizzard always has long-term plans for its properties, so it’ll be exciting to see how Overwatch eventually evolves, too.

Blizzard's Overwatch is an expertly crafted, awesomely fun, deep, and well-polished team shooter.

And that's what brings me here: sitting on the edge of my seat, back erect and eyes wide as my match in Dorado comes to an explosive, victorious end. I look with glee and see that Junkrat and I secured the play of the game, and I can't help but feel smug as the entire lobby watches the moment I turned the game around with my ultimate. I watch again as Junkrat heaves back the ripcord to a remote controlled tire filled with explosives. I drove it straight up and over a wall, launched it into the air, landed in the middle of the heavily-defended objective, and exploded to take out 4 defenders who were just about to secure it for themselves. I feel like I'm being lifted on top of virtual shoulders as my teammates upvote my performance during the post-game results. I clench my teeth as the experience bar shoots forward, stopping just shy of the next level and a new loot box. Foolishly I glance sidelong at my phone and notice it's 2:40 AM. "Just one more match."

You're going to be hearing a lot about Overwatch for a long time to come, not just because the game is stellar, but because of Blizzard's incredibly long track record of supporting their games post launch. You don't need to wait for a sale, the game's full price carries a ton of value both looking at today and with what lies ahead for the game. If you aren't already playing Overwatch, you are missing out.

A stellar online experience that feels familiar yet still entirely new. It takes something that people have enjoyed for a number of years, appeals to fans of the online shooter genre whilst also adding a layer of inclusiveness to makes it fun for casual players too. And for a Blizzard release, what else could you ask for.

Blizzard has created a solid team FPS but right now it's light on content.

Overwatch is everything I wished for since good ol' Quake & Enemy Territory: a fast-paced, straight forward team shooter with a great, quick gunplay and some objective-based team-action. Every hero has its purpose and should serve every skill-level ranging from shooter veterans to beginners. Thanks to free new heroes, maps, events and game modes, Blizzard also makes sure to keep long time players entertained and excited.

Overwatch released with swords honed, ready to slash the multiplayer opposition. Future releases offer continued enjoyment and possibly the growth I desire, while current models are filled stunning movement and gameplay mechanics. For the first time the lack of currently released story elements excites me; it adds a tantalizing mystery to the plot. I've already spent more time speculating on the Overwatch universe than any other game. This could be a side effect of playing too much Dark Souls 3, but unlike Dark Souls 3, who doesn't provide concise answers to questions of lore, Overwatch will periodically release new videos to fill in gaps in story. Overwatch breaths and bleeds battle contention to the point we know this game was made for and by FPS fans. For this and everything above, I will stand a hero by Overwatch's side till it disappears into video game history.

The game offers tones of hours of an incredible, dynamic and addictive multiplayer. It's extraordinarily entertaining, but the reality is that there is not a great variety of game modes at the moment.

‎Overwatch is a tremendous game, with an audiovisual section of heart attack and varied, balanced and very charismatic characters. However, it has very few game modes and, although it will be expanded in the future for free, paying 60€ currently can weigh a lot. Of course, it's a gamble.‎

Overwatch is the spiritual successor to TF2 in many ways, and if you haven't heard it said before, it's worth a look if you come from there. Even for total newcomers, though; the world, the characters, and the sheer chaos of skills, ultimates, and counter picks makes this game not worth missing.

Overwatch has all the glitz and polish expected of a Blizzard game, with all the usual underlying quality. It is highly unlikely that this game will go under or stop being supported, as well. However, its volume of content is a bit questionable for a game that costs $40 to even play. With that said, every other aspect shines, and is helped heavily by its unique MOBA-esque character system and the ability to switch in the middle of a map. It has been said that new champions and the like will be free, and if that's true, Overwatch will only climb uphill.

Sound design is at it's best when you don't really notice it, you just absorb it – and that's exactly the case with Overwatch; I'd go as far to say that its sound design is revolutionary
