Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is crucial proof of the global love that the franchise now receives. A duology that has received the most careful care, the most interesting extras and the possibility of yet another previously exclusive title conquering the world. Small mistakes do not take away from the legitimacy and quality that Edgeworth's cases have. It is a full plate for fans of Visual Novel and the series itself, officially bringing all the games in the saga of top-notch lawyers to the Switch (that is, almost all of them, if you consider a certain crossover with a gentleman in a top hat).

The Ace Attorney Investigations Collection offers engaging, chapter-based stories with improved sprites and mechanics, making it a great pick for newcomers, especially on the Switch, though it adds little for those who played the originals.

Ace Attorney Investigations Collection finally allows us to enjoy the two stories of Miles Edgeworth, with a renewed soundtrack and graphics without losing the essence of what a game in the saga is.

Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is a package with two great spin-offs from the lawyer series. Controlling Miles Edgeworth, we see another side of crime and have the chance to delve even deeper into the Ace Attorney universe. Here we have the historical reparation of the western release of Investigations 2, the amenities we have already seen in previous collections and all the historical value of a packed gallery. The result is guaranteed fun.

Great Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is the fittingly excellent final collection for this franchise, bringing over two spinoffs, including one that was never officially localized. That alone deserves celebration, but this sequel is at the franchise's heights, while its predecessor doesn't particularly stand out by comparison.

Overall the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is a great kit of two very fun adventure titles. Alongside new quality-of-life features and development documents on characters and environments, this collection finally completes the series’ transition to modern platforms and brings an untranslated game westward for the first time. Highly recommended for Ace Attorney fans who’ve never played these games before. ∎

Playing these two games back-to-back is a fascinating glimpse into the shift the series saw over time. Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth has the snappier, fast-paced approach of the earliest games in the series, while its sequel Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor's Gambit takes a longer, wordier direction like the later games and delivers one of the best stories. Having the two available on modern platforms, with Investigations 2 being translated at last, is fantastic. While it might not be the best place to start the series for newcomers, the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is an easy recommendation for Ace Attorney fans.

Ace Attorney Investigations Collection bundles together two wonderful experiences following Miles Edgeworth. While the first game was available in the West, this is the first time that Prosecutor's Gambit has been localized. The new additions are welcomed, offering a pleasant visual upgrade and a solid gallery mode to experience the music, visuals, and more. Overall, Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is an easy recommendation for any fan of detective games or visual novels.
