Forza Horizon 6 Reviews
Forza Horizon 6 is everything you want in a driving game. It’s big, beautiful, and backs up what it boasts. This is a top-tier racing experience.
Forza Horizon 6 hits the road with the most densely packed open world racing game ever created, in the truly iconic setting of Japan.
Like the franchise’s other many iterations, Forza Horizon 6 is an exceptional masterclass of car racing, genre-defining in terms of both arcade and simulation, set within a spectacular, abridged open-world of Japan that’s begging to be explored.
Forza Horizon 6 is one of the best games this year, and with its inclusion on Xbox Game Pass, it is a must-play.
Forza Horizon 6 doesn't shake up the series' formula too much. Nonetheless, it builds on its predecessors' greatest strengths in a spectacularly crafted open-world recreation of Japan, resulting in an unforgettable racing experience.
With Forza Horizon 6, Playground Games has done what I thought was impossible and improved upon the near-perfection of the previous two Horizon games.
Despite [a] handful of quibbles, I still find Forza Horizon 6 to be an utter joy. Drifting down lush mountainous woodlands to a stunningly radiant coastal fishing village while Rydeen plays is an absolutely singular experience.
I’m as captivated as I am frustrated by Forza Horizon 6. It’s still the best open-world racing game on the market and I intend to spend hundreds of hours playing it – but after a four-year wait and significant competition, I was expecting more innovation. It’s simply more of the same, just on a fresh and beautiful map.

Forza Horizon 6 is a culmination of the open-world simcade racing franchise, with tons of familar and new events, collectibles, and sights to see — brought to life by gorgeous Japanese environments.
For new players, Forza Horizon 6 is probably one of the best places to start in the series. For veteran players, however, things are much less enthralling.
Forza Horizon 6 isn't just the dream come true for every racing enthusiast who's dreamed of racing around Japan; it's the ultimate arcade racing experience.

The best simcade racing game I've played since the last one.
Playground Games brings together the very best of car culture within the beautifully realized setting of Tokyo, allowing players in Forza Horizon 6 to trace the evolution of Japanese automakers through machines that feel like rolling works of art, while also catching a glimpse of the future of JDM culture itself.

The real beauty of Forza Horizon 6 is in how the Japanese world feels alive, and how rewarding it is to just go bimbling about. FH6 was always going to be an easy sell, and a reskinned FH5 would probably have sufficed, but Playground Games have smashed it out of the park. The world is great, the cars are amazing, and the racing action, whether on the streets, on the track, or in the wilds, is second to none.
After 5 years since the previous installment, Forza Horizon 6 brings transformations in several areas such as the campaign, progression system, and driving mechanics. This time, it takes players to Japan and builds a world that, in terms of detail, varied road scenarios, and stunning visuals thanks to the Japanese setting, can easily be considered a cut above the rest of the series, especially the fifth game. However, there are some technical graphical issues, and the AI occasionally shows problems just like in previous entries. Still, overall, it delivers the enjoyable and satisfying experience expected from an arcade racing title, offering you hours of driving and exploration through Japan's beautiful roads.

Forza Horizon 6 is an absolute tour-de-force that represents the definitive pinnacle of the open-world racing genre. By combining a breathtakingly beautiful, incredibly rewarding realisation of Japan with peerless handling mechanics and spectacular audio design, Playground Games has crafted a driving adventure that is secondary to none. It handles its massive scope with a level of polish and artistic mastery that is rarely seen in modern game development, delivering an addictive, joyful, and deeply immersive package that sets a magnificent new benchmark for the industry at large.
The new Forza Horizon in a new region was enough for many people, and they got exactly what they wanted. The sixth installment offers an improved progression system, more social elements and other innovations that make this game even harder to put away than its predecessors.

his may not be the biggest leap in the series' history, but it is easily one of its best installments, and an open-world racing experience that is currently difficult for competitors to match, especially since it takes place in Japan, which gave the game a special flavor.

Forza Horizon 6 delivers what is easily the series' most complete experience to date. The Japanese map is amazing; a joy to explore - and the location's visuals are off the charts too, across the board. Whilst I'd have liked to see a bit more in terms of new races and event types, particularly in the Tokyo region, there's still so much fun to be had here that it's more of a nitpick than anything else. Forza Horizon fans are going to have so much fun with this sixth iteration, and that's not to mention how much the game will change and evolve over time as Playground Games keeps adding to it. Horizon Japan is officially here, and I feel like I'm going to be playing this game for years to come.
Forza Horizon 6 doesn’t just set a new standard for open-world racing games; it epitomizes the genre and feels unlikely to be matched anytime soon.
