Despite its mediocre graphics, performance issues, and somewhat awkward gameplay, at the beginning of my playthrough I couldn't find much to praise in the game. At first, I even thought this might be a negative review. However, as I progressed through the campaign, I began to see again what made Remedy a good developer. And I rediscovered why I love them. Observing their beautiful art direction while exploring their open world was a remarkable experience for me.

Control Resonant is another masterpiece from Remedy because it's a sequel that isn’t afraid of taking creative risks but, more importantly, succeeds in all of those ambitions. This is what a passion for video games and art looks like!
The story of Control - Resonant is not bad, but coming from Remedy it is disappointing and so the Control sequel lacks a key charme of their games. But I also enjoy fast paced, frantic combat and for that that alone this trip to New York was worth it.
