Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash is an average TPS, and it's saved only by it's sexy mechanics.

Despite its altered gameplay and occasional flaws, Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash still offers more than enough fun and fanservice to keep longtime fans happy.

Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash knows exactly what it is. It's not the deepest game around, but those that can appreciate its absurdity will find a solid enough third person shooter that certainly stands out.

Even beyond the game's inherent boobness, these aren't your typical water fights.

Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash takes the series in a different direction, ditching the hack-and-slash combat and reshaping it into a third person shooter style.

If you want a serious straight-faced, team-based TPS, this probably isn't the game for you. Yet, if you simply would like to have a lot of fast-paced and exhilarating fun topped by all the eye-candy that can be squeezed into a single Blu-Ray disk, then the new adventure of Marvelous' ninja waifus can easily fit the bill.

If you've ever looked at Splatoon and thought, "this game could be improved by adding busty ninjas" then Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash is the game for you.

While the game's theme, framing and determination to tease me with "almost boobs" does very little for me personally, I can certainly appreciate the effort Marvelous, Kenichiro Takaki and Honey Parade have put into it. Visually, it's only second to Estival and it has a very catchy soundtrack that has a number of ear worms that you might find yourself humming along to. There's also quite a lot of content here across single and multiplayer. It's just a shame that once again, the titillation takes precedence over providing a truly enjoyable game experience by sabotaging the flow and pace with cut scenes.

If you weren't a fan of the past Senran Kagura games and considered them far too raunchy, Peach Beach Splash isn't going to change your mind. But for me, it manages to balance fan service with fun and engaging gameplay; albeit not very challenging or complex gameplay, thanks in part to some of the worst AI I've experienced in a long while. If large wet anime chests float your boat, you'll be right at home with Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash.

Players going in to enjoy Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash for the fan service will find plenty awaiting them. However, the game itself is not worth the investment for that fan service alone. The core gameplay is fun for a quick blast, and the splash moments are just what fans will want, but the battles are far too easy and get horrendously repetitive very quickly. Peach Beach Splash would have been better served from some extra gameplay modes, or maps, or more weapon styles, or anything to give it a little more life. It's also a terribly greedy game. The amount of time investment required to actually level up the cards and characters collected is far too high - although, of course, there's always the option to buy the cards for real money...

Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash is arguably the best game in the series so far. With it's fast paced, movement focused gameplay and the wealth of content available to a player you will find something to keep you entertained. It isn't a perfect game and of course it is not going to be for everyone but for those who are looking for a fun and addictive shooter look no further then Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash.

Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash is obviously aimed at those who prefer the fan service moments that are prominently featured in the series, but presentation wise, it is pretty solid on its own although the gameplay suffers from terrible AI that spoils the overall experience.

Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash can be a romp in more ways than one. It's a decent third-person shooter with fast-paced, vertical gameplay, and there are some quirks here and there that make it stand out in its market. However, its single-player content can get noticeably repetitive and one-note amid a lot of the fluff that you'll unlock. If there's one thing the game owns with style and confidence, it's the overall presentation. We're pretty sure it's the most important part anyways.

Yet another Senran Kagura entry, this time as a TPS. Young, half-naked and soaking wet girls and water guns make a funny shooter with gigantic breasts.

The Senran Kagura franchise has explored a few different genres, from beat 'em up to Dynasty Warriors-action and even rhythm games. It seemed inevitable that they would take a stab at something like a third person shooter, and I think they managed to make a solid hit. Peach Beach Splash is not a groundbreaking, esports experience, but its mindless fun, with quirky characters and addictive customization. Fans will probably be more willing to overlook the flaws in the game, but newcomers should still find something worth hiding from their family in Peach Beach Splash.
