Ben 10 does its license justice, but unless you're a fan of the show it just looks like a slightly above-average brawler at best. It definitely looks the part, but with its ability to switch characters missing its potential it offers an unimaginative combat system; only those seeking a trip on the Rusty Bucket to play as the likes of XLR8 or Four Arms should check it out.

The theme and the setting, as well as the design that Bendy & The Ink Machine brings, has dazzled us. A dazzle, however, that despite keeping the type at least throughout the adventure. All that little spell is diluted when realizing that the mechanical machines are simple and that the mixture of genres more than the quality of the set is restored. It is not a bad game because in fact it is fun in its simplicity and it is an interesting adventure. We met several times to explore and unravel a well-implemented story in a fantastic setting makes the experience very worthwhile. Some scare, puzzles and simple combats complete a set that bets for an atmosphere that finally is little used.

Ben 10 has its ups and downs. Even though its gameplay and ideas are interesting, its duration and poor depth make the game feel incomplete. An entertaining game to have a good time and also for the kids.

Besides the HD visuals, Ben 10 feels like a licensed title from a decade ago. Most of the game is comprised of inoffensive mediocrity, and rarely is there anything that feels inspired. Kids will likely have some fun smashing around levels as their favorite characters from the show, but there's simply too little content for it to keep attention spans occupied for too long.

Ben10 is a decent little game. It's not going to blow anyone away, but it's definitely not a horrible time either. In fact, I enjoyed some of the alien powers a lot and I think a fan of this franchise can have some fun here.

Ben 10 is an enjoyable little beat-'em-up romp. All 10 of Ben's aliens feel fleshed out and vastly different from one another, and jumping from enemy-to-enemy in the fast-paced combat is suitably satisfying. Fans of the show will be thrilled with the faithful recreation of the show's art style and general feel. Unfortunately, it's a little bit let down by the afterthought upgrade system, incredibly short length, and non-existent difficulty.

Indispensable for fans of the series, interesting for fans of beat' em up and one more ordinary game for the rest of the players. Ben 10 is aimed at fans and is very loyal to the latest version of the Cartoon Network character animated series.

Ben 10 hasn't been very lucky in the videogame industry, and this new chapter is no exception: poor visuals, repetitive gameplay and lackluster level design are only some of the flaws that afflict a game where no redeeming quality can be found.

Unpolished, glitchy, and short, are some of the adjectives that describe Ben 10. It is an obvious and transparent, holiday season cash-grab, that just wants to make a quick penny out of a popular IP. Sure, there are good license games out there, but this isn't one of them. It is recommended to find something else to put under the Christmas tree, unless the receiver really is into the license, and happen to own a Nintendo Switch without anything else to play on it…

If you're looking for a Ben 10 game to play, we wouldn't recommend this one. It may just leave a bad impression overall. The previous installments, such as Ben 10 Ultimate Alien: Cosmic Destruction for the actual PS2, would be a much preferable alternative.

Ben 10 isn’t going to push the boundaries for graphics or story. It also isn’t going to win any awards either, but it is a fairly solid game aimed for fans of the show and children.

For a game based on a cartoon, Ben 10 does its job for the audience it is aimed at. For the general gamer however, it fails. The combat is shallow and there is not a whole lot of content to the game.

I am still surprised by just how much fun I had with Ben 10. It’s an extremely simple brawler, but it nails the game play elements to a tee. It leaves a lot to be desired for in the production values areas, but a younger audience may not be able to pick up on those flaws. If you have a younger sibling, or a child of your own who enjoys watching the Ben 10 TV show, then I honestly see them loving this game. If they follow the story themselves, they’ll definitely get a kick out of playing all these weird and wacky ailens here. The older audience may still get a kick out of it too, if you are looking for something a little simpler, and something you can just load up for an hour or two allowing you to zen out for a bit, then Ben 10 will have you set, my friend.

Ben 10 is a great little 3D platforming brawler which can be enjoyed by anyone of all ages. You can easily pick it up and play the odd mission here and there within 15-20 mins or aim to complete them in under 15 if you are going for the speedrun trophies. For the adults, there is a challenge within the trophies (defeating the bosses without taking damage) yet for the kids, there is repetitive, mindless enjoyment.

I worry that even fans of the show will be disappointed in Ben 10, which is a competent game, but one that never sparks any excitement, is far too short, and squanders the chance to be something greater. Being a hero can be hard work, we’re told, and it’s difficult to disagree when we’re left to suffer through games with such blinding shortcomings.

Ben 10 is an alright game, there's nothing terribly complex to it and for the most part it gets things right.

Overall I have to say that I’m incredibly impressed with the total package Ben 10 brings to the table and I’m not even remotely a fan of the cartoon series. It has managed to do the best thing possible with a known license and that’s to pair it with a well-suited genre and then make full use of its potential to deliver a quality gaming experience. While it may not be the best beat-em-up on the market if you’re looking for something fun with a bit of variety Ben 10 is a solid choice!

Because of its structural simplicity and the easy challenge it puts on the gamer, it is essentially aimed at younger kids and children. The clashes are very simple and the only real challenge is to increase the number of different combos. It has many limits, but it still allows you to have fun thanks to simple difficulty and extravagant enemies.
