Capcom Beat ‘Em Up Bundle Reviews
Capcom Beat 'em Up Bundle is a respectable collection of fighters, though the seven titles offered seems rather skimpy compared to previous Capcom collections that contained around twenty titles.
If you're not a fan of the genre then you may well be wondering what all the fuss is about, but for everyone else, this is a must-have download.
A compilation that will appeal to die-hard fans mainly. Others might fancy a dabble but will soon be put off be the repetition and lack of challenge before moving on to something else.
Overall, the Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle is a great collection of arcade games tied together in a neat package for modern audiences. Though not every game brings something necessarily new or unique, there is definitely something in here for every beat 'em up fan. With multiplayer and save states, this bundle brings all the aspects of modern age gaming to these arcades that will keep you and your friends coming back over and over again.
A good selection of classic beat'em ups that could have been even better with little effort.

While Capcom Beat'Em Up Bundle does have some online multiplayer issues it's still a ton of fun overall. These are some great games for fans of retro games or the beat'em up genre and it will probably cost you less to purchase the whole collection would cost to beat using quarters in an arcade, and you still own them after you beat them, so that's a plus as well. Here's to hoping they're saving some of the titles missing from this collection for volume two.
The Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle offers seven good (if repetitive) games for a great price. There's zero excuse for a 30-year-old game having terrible online in 2018, which is a huge minus here. But for those who fancy a violent trip down memory lane, especially with local buddies to watch their back, The Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle still provides simple-minded mayhem for not a lot of coin. Besides, you probably spent more than that on those money-hungry arcade cabs anyway.
Irredeemably shallow but effortlessly entertaining, this unexpected tribute to a lost genre will make a beat 'em-up fan of anyone.
Capcom at its finest: a bunch of interesting and still largely enjoyable beat'em up.

Still it is impossible not to recommend Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle. There is so much joy packed in this compilation. The genre has definitely seen a resurgence as of late, but it is impossible to deny how good these classics are. If only Capcom had been able to figure out the licenses behind some of their more popular titles like Alien vs. Predator. Perhaps in the future, but for now this is the best place to perform jump kicks anywhere.
It's tempting to gorge on this collection of seven distinctive arcade games as an all-you-can-eat brawler buffet, but the genre's innate repetitiveness means it's most enjoyable to feast on one quality Capcom coin-op at a time. The Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle is a delightful history lesson in the technical pixel-artistry of CPS brawler design, starting in 1989 with Final Fight as a genuine classic, and then continuing through the 1990s with fondly remembered street fisticuff games and hack-and-slash fantasy titles. Over twenty years later, Capcom's style and craftsmanship showcased in the coin-ops previously unavailable on console -- Armored Warriors and Battle Circuit -- justifies a purchase of the Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle in its own right.
A compelling and satisfying collection of prime side-scrolling brawlers from Capcom's arcade heyday, though there are some missing titles and less bonus material then we'd like, Capcom Beat Em Up Bundle does justice to its selection, making it an essential prospect for fighting fans and co-op players alike.
If you're looking for a dose of nostalgia or love game collections like these, the Capcom Beat-Em-Up Bundle is a solid way to spend an afternoon.
Capcom Beat ‘Em Up Bundle is another successful entry in Capcom's recent efforts to bring more retro games back into the fold. It's a solid experience whether you're looking to relive the glory days of the arcade, or discover the types of games that cost your gaming predecessors all their coveted quarters. With seven different arcade brawlers in the game, there's plenty to love if you're just looking for a relaxing night of solo games. But bring a few friends into the fold, and you've got the makings of a solid game night.
Fans of Capcom's classic, side-scrolling brawling games will enjoy these seven action-packed beat 'em ups. Unfortunately, the bundle lacks some high-profile releases, as well as the in-depth design docs found in most retro compilations.
Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle provides an impressive list of arcade classics that old-school fans will definitely love. Admittedly, some of the games haven't aged well, but stalwarts like Armored Warriors continue to be an absolute blast to play. It has one huge downside, however, as the game's netcode is horrible, making the games virtually unplayable online due to lag. It's a shame as the the game selection is great and work well offline. Just don't expect to have a decent multiplayer experience unless you can gather a bunch of people in your living room.
