Ubisoft Massive learned from its errors in creating The Division 2, which is somehow similar, but bigger and better for the most part.

Loot shooters are an increasingly crowded space, and The Division 2 is fighting a losing battle for my attention
The Division 2 is not only a refined follow-up, it's the arguably the best ooter shooter' this generation has seen.
In developing The Division 2, Ubisoft has taken what worked from the first game and listened to fans, creating a follow up that’s captivating and densely packed with things to do. If you like third-person shooters or love loot, it’s a must-buy.
The Division 2 is an improvement on the first game in almost every way, and it's both a fun game and a satisfying investment.
Massive's dedication and care to development have resulted in The Division 2 definitively being one of this year's best games thus far.
These concerns notwithstanding, The Division 2 is a welcome sequel to The Division 1 and a great game to play with friends or solo.
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 has thrown its hat into the ring for being a possible 'Game of the Year' contender for 2019.
Not only is The Division 2 a solid gaming experience, but it's one that Ubisoft plans to continually support over time. We've already seen the beginning of that support, and there is no indication that it'll let up. Whether you are a solo player or someone ready to jump in with a squad of friends, The Division 2 is a game you don't want to miss.
The Division 2 may be making a mess on Tom Clancy's grave by betraying his highly conservative values, but what is here is a very competent and polished third-person open-world action game with a big emphasis on co-op. The value in this package is seemingly nigh on endless with the amount of things to do and see. Even the core gameplay loop, though simplistic, is satisfying enough to keep things stimulating, even when they feel monotonous at times. Just when things feel the most tedious, the end game content really mixes things up in a big way to reinvigorate the formula.
The Division 2 is a vast improvement over its predecessor straight from launch. With improvements in every area of design, whether you're playing solo, with friends there is a wealth of content to keep you occupied. Right now, it's definitely worth the asking price and will certainly keep you coming back, but even if you wait there will be even more content to play in the coming years.
Division 2 is an improvement to its predecessor in many ways.

Just about everything else The Division 2 does is fantastic, and I have found myself logging back into it over and over again as I further explore what the game has to offer.
LOOT IS AT THE VERY HEART AND SOUL OF A LOOTER/SHOOTER, AND THE DIVISION 2 GIVES US ALL THAT WE HAVE BEEN BEGGING AND PLEADING FOR FOR SO LONG
Though Washington D.C. lacks the memorable atmosphere of snow-bound New York, and you probably won't care about the plot or characters, The Division 2 is a significantly more robust game at launch. It offers another incredibly detailed open world and a myriad of small tweaks and additions, with a promising future ahead.
The second entry in The Division series has improved greatly in almost every aspect, and can be easily considered as one of the best multiplayer role playing titles ever, and the experience could have been just flawless if not for the weak story and some enemy AI issues.

To say that The Division 2 is a complete game is redundant. The story isn't so interesting, but the gameplay makes you always want to go further. Improvements on gameplay mechanics catch the player's attention for many hours, fair reward system, and an endgame that helps the player to improve its characters make The Division 2 a great experience in 2019.

At the end of the day, The Division 2 is a fun well-polished third-person shooter that really improves on the original concept. The game looks beautiful and plays smoothly, albeit with a few graphical errors at the start of your login. The gameplay can be repetitive and tedious as the game goes on. With that said, it still may not be enough for players who disliked the first game to give the sequel a second chance.
USA needs help of agents... again. This time to save Washington, DC. It is still amusing fight, escpecially in cooperation. However without big inovations.

one of the most enjoyably co-op looter shooter experiences in 2019. DC open world is filled with main and side missions, in addition to Dark zone mode that is now more fun and fair due to Normalization policy. Finally, endgame content adds new depth that push players to keep on playing.
