Sniper Elite V2 Remastered Reviews
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is a good remaster of an average third-person shooter
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is a conflicted game. It's one part phenomenal sniping experience and one part clunky, run-of-the-mill third-person shooting gallery full of awful AI. If you're able to overlook its glaring faults, there's fun to be derived from its attention to realism in its sniping and its brilliant bullet cam gore, but overall, the one's best left in the past.
Sniper Elite V2 gets a remaster but the changes might be as easy to spot as a sniper in a ghillie suit.
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is enjoyable, if only you were a new fan of this series. As an avid fan, I feel like this remaster could have done a better job.

Still and if you're desperate for sniping on the go…then Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is perhaps your only choice. Plus, it does feature all of the title's DLC. I would, however, wait for a price drop and/or enter with lowered expectations.
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is an inconsistent remaster and stealth action experience, but those slow motion executions are as satisfying as ever. Its arcade-like scoring system with short missions also encourages improving previous runs.
A very barebones remaster that is great for newcomers, but unnecessary for owners of the previous game.
There is so much I really wanted to love about it. But small annoyances do add up: inconsistent AI, limited control options, and slightly repetitive mission structure to name a few.
Despite a graphical upgrade, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered shows its age in almost every way — but that doesn't mean it's not a good time.
niper Elite V2 Remastered undoubtedly feels old. And from time to time you encounter the odd issue that could do with being polished out.
SEV2R is a title that I could happily recommend to anyone new to the tactical sniping genre, or anyone looking for a little nostalgia after 5 years of having dabbled with the original.
Elite sniper Karl Fairburne is back but too exhausted. Even with all DLC content and 4k resolution.

Overall, the game's remaster is average at best, and the only demographic that will truly be interested in it is the one that grew up with the original and want to relive their glory days sniping Nazis, zombies, and Nazi zombies.
There isn’t anything really bad about Sniper Elite V2 Remastered, but there also isn’t anything that’s particularly good either.
Whether Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is for you or not depends on what you really want out of it.
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is one of the best options for fans of sniper games, specially if you didn't play the original game. It is a valuable remastered game, graphically and technically. X Ray Kill-Cam is still amazing and the high quality in "simulating shooting with an sniper", made Sniper Elite V2 Remastered a good choice to play. There are still issues like weak and unbalanced A.I or not so good story-telling, but in the end Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is a game that we can recommend it to you if you are looking for a nice and challenging sniper-stealth game.

When it comes to first-person shooters there’s no denying that the pickings are pretty thin on the whole...
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is not the game for you if you want bombastic graphics. But if you want to shoot enemies online from great distances with a friend, this is the game to play. The game is a bit short and has a few flaws, but the fun is there.

A game that has a remaster in its title without passing the bare minimum to be acknowledged as one.
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered doesn't offer anything substantial to call for this upgrade in the name of a remaster. The game still feels dated and feels like it is several steps back compared to the modern sequels.
