LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga still has some of the Lego charm, but it's a step back for the series.
Ultimately, whether you’re a Star Wars fan or a LEGO fan – or even better, both – you’re going to find a lot to love here.
Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga is great for children who haven’t experienced the Star Wars movie. Die-Hard Star Wars fans will probably put this game down after a few hours and return it. The game does offer a lot of gameplay but the mechanics and controls hold it back. Even though the game’s graphics are polished, the game’s system feels out of date. Loading screens should not exist on the Xbox Series X. If you have a child or partner you want to introduce to Star Wars then Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga can be a good entry point. However, if you are a moderate or Die-Hard Star Wars fan, then the game will get old quickly. If you are on the fence about this game, it is better to wait for it to go on sale. A good purchase price is somewhere between $5 to $30. For a Lego game, it doesn’t feel like a Lego game; the game is missing the typical Lego comedic moments.
A massive LEGO game fit for the massive Skywalker saga. However, it is quite annoying to go back and forth in this huge game and do the same things. Someone who is not very related to Star Wars may not deign to play after a few episodes.

A fantastic and bombastic return to the galaxy far, far away, LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga is a massively exciting game. It's by far one of the best LEGO games ever, returning the series to the heights of the early 2000's but propelling the series' technology and gameplay variety through the roof. Players will find a lot to love, whether a Star Wars fan or not, especially when enjoying the game with a partner or friend. This game is a must-buy title on any platform it supports and a killer app on Series X. True next gen fun, highly recommended!
Though its narrative isn't cohesive, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is the most complete and content packed Lego Star Wars adventure to date, with expanded combat, welcoming accessibility, and great presentation.
The Skywalker Saga follows the same formula that made Lego the most entertaining & loved toy in the world; Simple, fun and addictive for all age groups. Mix that with the greatest Sci-Fi franchise of all time and the end result can't be bad even if it wanted to.

Traveller's Tales did not disappoint by delivering a large production to the market. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is overloaded with humor and content, and dubbing and difficulty will encourage new audiences to this world.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is TT Games' best title, and a love letter to the Star Wars universe. Both alone and in cooperative, the possibility of enjoying the 9 films is something that we could only dream of, but living it is undoubtedly a real gift.

It always felt like LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga would struggle to live up to its lofty promise of delivering essentially the most expansive Star Wars game to date, but the team at TT Games really have done an amazing job on it. We've still got a few nitpicks, and we also wish it included online co-op support, but there's no denying that it's a stunningly beautiful and brilliantly ambitious take on the world of Star Wars complete with endlessly enjoyable gameplay and enough side-content to keep you busy for many, many hours to come. We've been waiting so long for this game to arrive, and we're pleased to report the Force is definitely strong with this one.
Skywalker saga is a blocky nostalgic masterpiece that not only outbuilt every Lego game ever but perfected the established formula. Due to the ambition of reimagining all nine movies, the story sometimes suffers. However, it never fails to rekindle the child inside of you and gently persuades you into buying yet another Lego set.

Although it brings many of the elements that are so characteristic of other games based on the famous building blocks, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga offers good refinements in its mechanics, is visually spectacular and condenses well, even with some haste, the story of the nine main films of the movie franchise with a lot of charm and good humor.

Perhaps start with the prequels so that if you encounter this issue, you'll only lose a little progress as opposed to half the game. Though it should be noted that I did have the desire to push on. There are plenty of games where a bug like this would have simply stopped me from playing, and while I won't lie and say it didn't hurt my opinion, I still ultimately made the decision to start again and push past it.
I didn't dive into LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga expecting to have a lot of fun, but that's exactly what I had: a lot of fun. The witty writing is well timed and expertly delivered, reliving the events of the Star Wars franchise was a welcomed nostalgia trip. Even after completing the game, I woke up excited to dive in and explore more worlds, solve more puzzles, and unlock more characters.
Traveller's Tales return to the LEGO fray is a double-edged sword of good intentions, and the over-complication of its famous brand of gameplay. At its best, The Skywalker Saga sees itself touching greatness it hasn't seen since the seventh generation of gaming.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga genuinely hits the mark. It's a love letter to the nine main movies in the Star Wars franchise, and it feels like something that's made for anyone to enjoy, whether their favorite movie is "The Phantom Menace" or "The Rise of Skywalker." It doesn't reinvent the wheel as far as LEGO games go, but it's darn fun with a load of content that is sure to keep fans happy for a long time.
