Pikmin 3 Deluxe Reviews
As fun and refreshing as it was on the original Wii U, Pikmin 3 Deluxe offers a second chance to a very good strategy game. Despite the loss of a second screen, this Switch port add many extras, like an entire bonus arc with well tied challenges, but also very interesting difficulty modes.

After playing through the opening hours of this new and improved classic, I'm already smitten with its clever mixture of strategy and resource management. It does a tremendous job of making the genre accessible for a younger audience while seldom taking your intelligence for granted.
Pikmin 3 Deluxe manages to have cheearfull and colorfull style of Nintendo titles, while at the same time presenting quite unique take on real time strategy genre. If you never tried Pikmin before, this game can be a perfect starting point. And now we just can't wait for Pikmin 4.

It's great to see such a different game that revels in its weirdness ported to the Switch, but disappointing that is still full price despite being a game from 2013. Pikmin 3 is a breath of fresh air, offering simple yet addictive gameplay as you explore a massive, magical world full of surprises. Despite the age of the game, this is defiantly an adventure not to be missed.
Pikmin 3 Deluxe is another successful upgrade of an already enjoyable Wii U release. If this were a trilogy release or even just the first two games it'd be a home run. But it's a solid hit anyway.
One unforgettable experience, that unfortunately comes too soon to an end. But still, this is one journey everyone should embark on.

Pikmin 3 feels like the strategy game for people who aren't really into strategy games, sort of like how Hades is the roguelike for people who don't dig roguelikes. After a while, you forget that you're playing a strategy game and you become enraptured by the beautiful environments, the adorable Pikmin creatures, and the chaos that gradually descends on you as the day goes on. That's the Pikmin 3 Deluxe experience and it's one worth checking out if you haven't already.
Pikmin 3 Deluxe does what Starcraft 64 could not: make a real-time strategy game work well on console. It does have its aggravating flaws and quirks, but these are balanced out in part by robust quality-of-life features and sensible design. Despite its flaws, Pikmin 3 Deluxe gets most of its gameplay right and will hopefully serve as the blueprint for the continuation of the franchise on the Nintendo Switch.
One of Wii U's earliest gems remains a delight to play on Nintendo Switch.
After years out of the limelight Pikmin 3 has resprouted, with its mellow take on real-time strategy more enjoyable than ever, especially thanks to the expanded co-op options.
Even if it's not brand new, Pikmin 3 Deluxe deserves a place in your Nintendo Switch library.
Pikmin 3 Deluxe may not be a huge step up from its previous incarnation but it's such a wonderful adventure that it's a must-have for anyone who missed out on the Wii U version. If only Switch had a GamePad peripheral...
Pikmin 3 Deluxe is below expectations technically and compensates gameplay weaknesses with a new co-op mode.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe's main strength is the incredible quality of the original game, though the lack of many additional features makes the "deluxe" ring a little hollow.
Pikmin 3 was already a delightful and charming adventure on Wii U, and it has only gotten better with the jump to the Nintendo Switch. It was a pleasure to revisit this polished and relaxing experience, especially considering the several adjustments made to improve quality-of-life and to make it more gratifying to both newcomers and veterans. Couple that with a sizable dose of side content, Pikmin 3 Deluxe is an excellent addition to the Switch's expanding library and it's probably the Wii U port most deserving of the subtitle "Deluxe" since Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

With the Deluxe edition on Nintendo Switch Pikmin 3 remains a wonderfully cute and clever real-time strategy game. On the technically side the WiiU title in the first place could have been more enhanced for the new platform. But if you did not play it so far, the Switch version is best way to catch up on Pikmin 3.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe is worth it for the co-op alone even if you have already played it on the Nintendo Wii U.
Pikmin 3 Deluxe is very close to being the definitive version of a modern classic. Now please, bring me more Pikmin adventures. I would like to visit more areas with these little plant aliens.
This deluxe edition of Pikmin 3 brought up many quality of life improvements that made playing a pikmin even more enjoyable.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe was one of the best Wii U games and becomes one of the best Nintendo Switch games. The adaptation is good although it could have been deeper at a technical level, as well as a control that despite the improvements continues to be imprecise of more. But what a pleasure it gives to complete each new day on this planet with these wonderful creatures. Hopefully Pikmin 4 soon.
