F1 25 is absolutely brimming with feature after feature of high quality, the driving model is stellar, and is the best it’s ever looked. F1 25 is the reason you get into racing simulation games.
F1 25 cements Codemasters as the absolute reference for ensuring the existence of the official Formula 1 game, offering a technical, immersive and accessible experience like few others in the genre. The game not only refines the already established foundations of the franchise, but also dares to incorporate innovations that increase realism and player engagement.

F1 25 represents the most complete and refined version of the franchise to date. The title succeeds in combining simulative fidelity and accessibility, with plenty of content to satisfy both hardcore Formula 1 fans and novices. Technical improvements, new modes and the graphical leap made thanks to the exclusive focus on next-gen (and PC) make the game a true benchmark for Formula 1 fans. Some shortcomings - such as historical content or VR on consoles - weigh heavily, but do not compromise the overall judgment.

It's always difficult for developers to make a very good game even better, which is why it's clear that the improvements in EA Sports F1 25 compared to its predecessor are in the details. The most obvious improvements are, of course, the new, thoroughly successful edition of “Braking Point,” which once again shines with its outstanding presentation, and the revamped My Team mode, which now offers even more possibilities and also turns up the heat a bit in terms of presentation. The reverse-designed tracks and the sticker editor are also appealing and round out the overall package. Added to this is a largely outstanding graphic display, which is actually even a touch prettier than last year. The driving experience was already really good and could hardly be improved upon, and the same applies to the overall very well-designed career mode. In the end, it remains to be said that F1 25 is a first-class racing game that brings some useful innovations and additions, making last year's overall package even more attractive. Whether the improvements are enough for owners of last year's edition to treat themselves to the latest edition is ultimately up to each individual to decide.

EA SPORTS F1 25 is the kind of game that ultimately gets a lot more right than it gets wrong. And honestly, when it gets it right, it gets it right. The return of Braking Point, for example, with more narrative and strategic decisions, is an excellent addition to the game.

I’m encouraged by the work that has gone in to improve and launch My Team 2.0, but I can’t help but feel short-changed with too many customized options being locked behind a paywall. That being said, I can see myself putting a lot more hours into F1 25, exploring the different outcomes in Braking Point 3 and delving into a long-term save in My Team.
Codemasters has done it yet again as F1 25 is a fantastic offering with plenty of modes and gripping racing.
Mainstream appeal is more than assured, not only thanks to Brad Pitt, but especially thanks to the diverse help functions. Compared to its predecessor, "F1 25" shows slight improvements in almost all areas, thus surpassing it. It's not a giant leap, but certainly a consistent evolution of the "F1" brand and therefore worthy of an editorial recommendation.

F1 25 may not feel groundbreaking, but if you've been away for a year like me, the changes feel pretty substantial. This year, it's just a few small details that have been added, but Braking Point in particular is a welcome addition and should actually be added every year. This mode provides more tension and just that little bit of extra pressure that you often don't feel in a career mode. The career mode, on the other hand, feels more bare with the disappearance of the side events that you could play in previous versions and that provided a bit more variety. It was the promo outings, let's say, that allowed you to do something a little different than driving Formula 1, but the interviews have also been removed, for example, which means that the focus is mainly on achieving objectives. Furthermore, the inverted tracks and the connections with the film are minor additions that have their charm, but are otherwise not very groundbreaking. F1 25 has its flaws here and there in terms of experience, especially in the Braking Point mode which feels a bit like an over-the-top drama, but those minor flaws could not stop me from having so much fun and the many, many hours you can put into this game with the amount of content that has grown tremendously over the years. Add to that the rock-solid gameplay, and you have another great sequel in your hands.

F1 25 is a quite small upgrade over F1 24, but the presence of Braking Point 3, content from the F1 movie and improved career options ensure more unique race experiences, especially for solo players who want to do a full immersion of the Formula 1 experience.
EA Sports F1 25 brings quite a few improvements to the franchise along with an overhaul of the My Team mode. There are still some problems to be found, but in general it's the best F1 game we've had in a long time.
