Catto’s Post Office is the cat’s meow. Delivering a low pressure, cozy experience curled up into a nice cat shaped ball. With its heartfelt story, adorable characters and soft gameplay it’s the perfect way to unwind. Like a cat in the sun, Catto’s Post Office leaves a lasting warmth even after you’ve finished the game.

Catto’s Post Office is a brilliant little mail delivery game developed by Brisbane-based indie devs In Shambles Studio and published by CULT Games (Go-Go Town). It’s the perfect palate cleanser between heavier games, or a sweet wind down if you’re after something short, cute, and cosy.

As much as I wanted to love this game, there’s no denying it could have done more with its charming setup. For starters, the game only gives you a few small side missions tied to the parcels. What if every delivery came with a task, like helping the florist arrange a bouquet or prepping a treat for yourself at the café? That could’ve turned this from a 40-minute filler to a cosy two- or three-hour delight.
