The Last of Us Remastered Reviews
Saying The Last Of Us: Remastered is an absolute triumph seems redundant. I said it when the original released last year, after all. And yeah, it's basically the same game with a glossier coating and a few additions.
When I finished The Last of Us Remastered, I was reminded of the myriad feelings I had at the conclusion of the game nearly a year ago. Just like then, I put down the controller while leaning back in my seat while giving thought to the story, the characters and how I felt about what had happened. In the end I came to the same conclusion now that I did back then: I had fun with the game itself, but it was the narrative that will no doubt be what sticks with me for some time.
For me The Last of Us: Remastered is the best action-adventure survival game released so far
All in all TLoU: Remastered is a compelling package; not only does it look and play better than the original, it's full of extra content and currently has a healthy online, multi-player community. And you know what, it's so good, if it came out on PlayStation 5 as The Last of Us: Remastered (The Director's Cut) we'd probably buy it again.
In the end, a ploy or not to patch a sparse line of software, The Last of Us: Remastered is a new version of one of the best titles of the previous generation and we must judge it by that and not by whether some players already finished it on another console. In this regard, I remember that as I walked through their desolation I saw here and there American flags flying in a carefree relent: there will be people, like me, who will buy this magnificent game a second time; after all, it's easier to imagine the end of the world than capitalism, I thought.

This extraordinary experience, with a high-quality entry into the eighth generation, easily doubled the same pleasure as before. In addition to the original game, all previously released content has now been collected on a disc for PlayStation 4 audiences.

When The Last of Us released in 2013 for the PS3, it won 100's of awards & rightly so. As it's one of (if not) the best game(s) of the last gen, but many Xbox owners had missed this masterpiece.
The Uncharted series was always the staple for Naughty Dog in that exact role. However, The Last of Us has certainly defended it’s right to be the one the best Playstation title’s of all time. With beautiful graphics, a wonderfully written story, that’s almost too good to be a video game, and music that just sets the tone for an almost death-row lead life, you really can appreciate why this title scored over 20 Game of the Year awards.
Easily one of the best releases last year, The Last of Us Remastered has a good chance of winning even more Game of the Year honors with this exceptional improvement. The visuals, sound, gameplay and extras all come together to make this a worthwhile package. Even if you've seen everything it has to offer, you should experience it again.
What was one of the best games for the PlayStation 3 is now one of the best games you can buy for the PlayStation 4. You owe it to yourself to experience this masterpiece first hand.
The Last of Us is truly the game of a generation, and the Remastered edition brings the harrowing adventure to a whole new generation with expert style.
Naughty Dog gives PlayStation gamers a second, definitive chance to experience one of the greatest video game stories. The Last of Us Remastered's additional content, visual enhancements, and improved performance leave very little standing in the way of a perfect encore.
17 for those who have played it on PS3. Even if at first glance, the graphic gap may appear derisory on The Last Of Us Remastered, the technical power made available to the game by the PS4 allows it to fully express its potential and captivate once again players who have already traveled the adventure on PS3.

The Last of Us Remastered is a better-looking, better performing version of an already incredible game. As such, those who haven't played the original version should buy immediately, and those that have probably should as well.
While The Last of Us was one of the PS3's most impressive, engrossing releases, The Last of Us: Remastered feels like the version of Naughty Dog's post-apocalyptic story of survival that the developer always intended us to play. Its story and characters are just as strong as they were before, but they're now reinforced by far more amazing visuals, consistent framerate, and a nice selection of new bonus features and DLC inclusions.
The Last of Us Remastered is definitely worth your money on the PS4, particularly if you haven't experienced it on the PS3. Don't, however, expect that big of a difference from the PS3 edition. Sure, the better textures and the 60fps framerate offer drastic improvements, but there are still downsides, from the aliasing to the AI problems.
The Last Of Us Remastered isn't just an essential purchase for those who never played its original incarnation, it's also worthy for returning players to shell out the budget asking price to experience the game in a more magnanimous way.
The Last of Us finds a very appropriate home on the PS4.
The Last of Us: Remastered is a GOTY Edition. But, if you are expecting 'next-gen' graphics, you may be disappointed. After all, you can play The Last of Us with 1080p and 60FPS. It's the most important part of Remastered Edition.

Still a stunning achievement in both storytelling and third person adventure, and although this is the definitive version the differences are still minor.
