Monster Hunter World is a game-changer. It gives players an unprecedented amount of quality and lets them ride the incredibly fulfilling rollercoaster of gameplay all the way; until the very last upgrade. World is also a very personal journey of evolving your character and feeling every adversity that you choose to face. You will feel every triumph, recover steadily from every failure, and never feel your time is wasted. There may be a couple of glaring flaws such as the weak story and poor multiplayer matchmaking mechanics, but they pale in comparison to the greatness of the game. When another monster saves you at the last vestiges of your health, know that it is a dynamic and non-scripted game; when you have access to every weapon at the start, know that this is a game from a respected franchise that has retained its quality and player-driven content since the beginning. I will be on my two-hundredth quest and still know that, in my mind, Monster Hunter World is masterful.
Monster Hunter World has laid the foundation for a global phenomenon and I cannot wait to see what happens from here on out.
Bold and newly beautiful, Monster Hunter: World demands to be played on its own terms and rewards you with an amazing RPG.
This beautifully implemented port is a perfect PC introduction to the joys of Monster Hunter.
Intense battles, rewarding progression loops, and excellent multiplayer experiences make this the best Monster Hunter game to date
World is the perfect evolution of the Monster Hunter saga. Creature and level design is great, coop mode is incredibly fun and it´s weapon system is deep. We enjoyed every second of this gameplay that finds the perfect balance of following trails, collecting resources, studying beasts and killing them.

Monster Hunter World is a fascinating and beautiful game. MMO fans, action fans, RPG fans, and open world fans will all find something to love. This is a game that invites players in and gradually reveals its glorious depths. The unconventional multiplayer aspect might take some time to get used to, but the core loop of hunting monsters and crafting gear is so strong that even the most skeptical players will be snared by Monster Hunter's hooks if they give it half a chance.
As the first debut on new platforms, Monster Hunter World displays excellence in every hunt. The new changes are a great evolution of the series that can get new players their first taste of hunting while veteran players will look forward to seeing an old nemesis in High Rank hunts.
It's hard to imagine another game capable of drawing our attention like this one. Monster Hunter World is huge, captivating, challenging and addictive, especially if played with a group of friends. I feel like I'm just scratching the surface of what Monster Hunter World has to offer. The sublime combat against a variety of awe inspiring monsters- the meaningful sense of progression where every little thing that I did felt like it mattered- it all culminated to the thrill of the hunt in those moments where with only a single life left, I fought against the odds, shoulder to shoulder with a group of strangers who became my brothers in-arms and when it was all said and done, I waved goodbye knowing that we had shared an unforgettable moment of triumph… until the next hunt.
Capcom knocked it out of the park with Monster Hunter World.

They created an immersive living and breathing world, allowing players to fully enjoy the charm of the titular monsters within a credible ecosystem. Combined with solid improvements in story and gameplay, this makes Monster Hunter World a must-have game for veteran fans and novices alike.
This is the modernization that Monster Hunter definitely needed. Not only is it the most dynamic title in the series to date, it's just a fantastic action role-playing game. Even if you've bounced off the series in the past, I highly recommend giving Monster Hunter: World a try. It's where the series finally truly clicked for me, and that is very much by design. Capcom has updated their formula for a new generation, and it's a real treat for all.
Monster Hunter World is an addictive, thrilling but ultimately satisfying experience. It's the perfect starting point for newcomers, but it also has all the depth that long-time fans enjoy, making this easily the best game in the series.
Monster Hunter: World represents a new generation of incredible battles for Veteran hunters, and a launching platform for newer players to finally see what the fuss is about. It is a testament to how a passionately created project can evolve throughout the years, without compromising what made it incredible in the first place
Capcom successfully brings the Monster Hunter franchise to a new audience while still retaining its core values.
Monster Hunter World is one of the best games of the year, and it shines brightly on the PC.
Jumping from handheld to the big screen has been nothing but a delight for me. It's great to see everything redone, and not bound by portable systems' graphical limitations. There were a few bumps along the road, but most of my gripes are minor, feeling like little nitpicks in an otherwise fantastic game.
