I cannot recommend this DLC at all. Warlords of New York does not have sufficient quality and lacks polish.

Ultimately, when all is said and done, Warlords of New York is an improved version of The Division 2, but it's not a complete revamp.
A fantastic map and setting are let down by a boring story and rushed gameplay.
What The Division 2 needed was some solid new content to entice elapsed and new players, and refinements to its core mechanics to please those who have stuck with it- and Warlords of New York delivers on both fronts.
Where the new dynamic weather system can see a bright and sunny afternoon walking through the ruins of Wall Street turn into a thunderstorm of unpredictability and volatility – reminiscent of the marketplaces the location once held.
A breath of fresh air that was used to put a title back on its feet that needed to see something new. Seen in detail, the new expansion gives us a completely new map to explore, a good number of missions to face, fierce and above all different enemies and a fairly interesting narrative.

There is no doubt that Warlords of New York is a worthy expansion of The Division 2. It includes an interesting open-world, multiple impressive Boss fight, and a brand-new loot system. It might be the best DLC of the entire The Division series.

Overall I was thoroughly impressed with my time spent in The Division 2 Warlords of New York.

A long awaited conclusion to the Keener saga, some welcome quality of life improvements, the game feels more complete than ever.
A new content expansion adds to a solid, fun cover shooter which improves the overall loot game by simplifying the skill and perk system, and is best played with friends.
The Division 2 Warlords of New York is the cherry on top of Massive's looter. The return to New York is a confident one, where overhauled systems improve and clarify build diversity. While the new play space is underutilized, forward-thinking endgame content will surely drive engagement for the long haul.
Warlords of New York adds a solid new campaign and some needed end-game changes to The Division 2, but ultimately feels like more of the same.
Warlords of New York is a massive leap forward for The Division 2, a fun diversion that aims to be less repetitive and more engaging. There's a big picture being developed here, one that'll make the trademark grind of The Division 2 more addictive than ever before as civil war rages on in the streets of the divided states of America.
It remains to be seen how and if the contents of the season pass, including the raid coming this spring, will be able to break the monotony of the gameplay, which becomes particularly heavy during the endgame. For this reason, at present, we cannot consider Warlords of New Yotk an inevitable purchase for all looter shooter enthusiasts.

A solid campaign utilizing some of the best third-person cover shooter mechanics around, even if the stories of the four rogue agents leading to Keener are poorly implemented and the ongoing seasonal content fails to use the incredible locations and enemies added in the expansion.
We fail to see how The Division 2: Warlords of New York is supposed to rejuvenate the looter shooter's playerbase. New York might be so much more interesting to explore while the missions themselves are smartly designed, but what you're actually doing there remains very much the same. Coupled with a copious amount of bugs and glitches, this is an expansion the vast majority of players can very safely skip.
Warlords delivers a huge step forward for The Division 2, fixing a lot of the problems that have been around for a long time, bringing some much-needed variety into the map. The big city creates tighter and more chaotic fights, adding to the experience. With the new missions and Skills for players to try it breathes some fresh air into the game. The new rewards system helps make players feel valued for their time invested, and this is great for the elite among us. It is well worth jumping back into the game to explore New York once again and finally hunt down Aaron Keener.
Overall, I enjoyed my time with the latest expansion. The level of detail on display is eye dropping, the enemy A.I. is still fun to battle against and most of all the loot just keeps coming. Whether or not I continue to play this expansion in today’s current pandemic with bullet sponge bosses remains to be seen when there’s more distant escapism to be had.
Warlords of New York is easily the best expansion for the game to date. With fresh foes, a new portion of New York to explore, great gear, and some brand new reasons to care about loot, it delivers on its lofty promises. Now, we just need Massive to settle in and swat some of these bugs…
