Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Reviews
I enjoyed Final Fantasy VII EPISODE INTERmission, in some ways even more than the base game. While it is a shorter experience and doesn’t include all of the same features, it felt more focused. Yuffie is a great character who brought a lot of humor to this INTERmission and who I look forward to seeing in the main series.
The Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Episode Intermission Yuffie ultimately feels more like an appetizer for the eventual full-blown sequel to Final Fantasy VII Remake, which might still be years away at this point. If you’re already a fan of the franchise or Final Fantasy VII Remake, the ending of this DLC alone might be enough to make it an essential purchase.
Final Fantasy VII remake Intergrade Intermission is a must-buy DLC for fans. In addition to completeness, it faithfully performed the role of link with part 2 and the build-up to re-establish Compilation of Final Fantasy VII.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade adds a nice new short story with memorable characters and moments to the original package and fixes all the technical problems with the original one. There is also a new mini-game which you’ll probably sink a lot of time into and the action is even more bombastic than the original release.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is the same game from last year, but has a wealth of quality of life upgrades. Better textures, loading times, improved frame rate and an expansion focusing on Yuffie make this the best way to experience the remake on PlayStation 5.
Ultimately, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade offers a fun and enjoyable new adventure with new characters and new game modes that improve performance and graphics. While nothing new is added to the base game, the new modes will certainly make either replaying the game or starting it for the first time worthwhile. The DLC adds more to the story for new and old fans to enjoy. The upgraded version and DLC will certainly leave fans excited for what’s to come in future games.
Despite some story misgivings, Episode INTERmission makes for an exceptional piece of DLC. It adds thrilling combat, a fun new character in Sonon, and Final Fantasy VII Remake’s best mini-game to date. It also includes a few bonus scenes that—without giving anything away—fans of the base game will want to watch. At $20, Episode INTERmission isn’t the cheapest proposition, but it’s certainly a worthwhile one. If you’re lucky enough to have a PlayStation 5, do yourself a favor and give it a go. Yuffie fans, rejoice!
Though Intermission reuses assets from the base game, it offers enough new and exciting material to more than justify the price of admission for Final Fantasy fans.
