Vampire Survivors Reviews
Vampire Survivors is an arcade game packed full of things to do and just when you think you’ve had your fill, the game will somehow drag you back for one more game. Vampire Survivors is one game that I can fully get behind and would recommend to everyone… except vampires.
Vampire Survivors is a thoroughly addictive and beautiful-looking game that is packed full of content to unlock, with the levelling system ensuring you will put tons of hours into it without a second's thought.
Just to sum things up, the game really is an absolute blast to play. The graphics, characters, soundtrack and stages really make for one hell of a journey. Each journey takes between 10-30 minutes. And is time well spent. This game has stolen many hours of my life. My life is now Vampire Survivors. If you’re like me and enjoy a good roguelike and want a game that just delivers a solid gaming experience suited to your taste. Vampire Survivors will do just that and more.
I loved Vampire Survivors on release but with everything added since Vampire Survivors is just as addictive and enjoyable as it was on release and well worth the buy now that you can enjoy it on any platform of your choosing.
Vampire Survivors, then – it’s f**cking brilliant and it costs less than a coffee. Get it fed into your eyeballs fast!
Vampire Survivors has been keeping the thrill of the survival genre alive for over a year with DLC, and the new Emergency Meeting DLC brings some new mechanics, characters and maps to the game. Though a bit unbalanced, it is well worth its very low cost.
The Vampire Survivors: Emergency Meeting DLC adds great new Among Us themed weapons and characters, and is just a blast to play.
Vampire Survivors has quickly become one of my favorite games. Between two games of a big AAA title, it does its job of keeping us entertained, and we forget the time is passing. Simple and effective, it's accessible to everyone. In fact, I've had the chance to play it on all platforms. Some are more effective than others. I enjoyed my experience less on iOS/Android, as screen size plays a crucial role in our success.

Portable Vampire Survivors is the best kind of Vampire Survivors. After the 1.0 release on PC and Xbox, the game definitely shines in portable form (outside of the Steam Deck) and is the definitive version of the game so you can pick it up for half hour and then keep on with your day.

I had seen a few videos and heard rumblings about this game when it was released on the PC. The world went a little mad for it, and to be fair, I now can see why. I was not, however, ready for how addictive this little gem could be. How can a game with no buttons, just using a thumbstick, be so bloody moreish. Welcome to the Rapid Reviews Vampire Survivors Nintendo Switch review.
Vampire Survivors is not going to be my favorite game, but it will be the one I turn to when the day has been too tedious. Its simple but perfect formula is what has gotten this indie so many good and well-deserved reviews.

This addictive mix of dodge-em-up and roguelike sensibilities has many imitators but clearly stands as the best in the space
One of the best arcade games of recent years is now available on Switch and it's just as ugly and joyfully addictive as ever – especially with the new co-op mode.
Vampire Survivors skyrocketed in popularity in 2022 for good reason. It's one of the best roguelites in recent memory thanks to its gripping gameplay loop and metagame that highjacks your mind. The Switch port only adds more to love with local co-op and updated content. It's so easy to slip into a blissful sense of flow in Vampire Survivors' Castlevania-inspired, comically named levels as its ripping soundtrack and satisfying sound design propel you into the horde that you'll surely lose track of time playing it. It's a good thing that rounds don't usually last more than half an hour.
Vampire Survivors is a game that I could happily play every day for the rest of my life, and now I can do that on the Nintendo Switch.
A podcast that I listen to once described the game as "my favorite slot machine", and it's a moniker I think is very apt for how good Vampire Survivors is at giving a satisfying rush of dopamine with its overwhelmingly flashy effects, absurd power curve, and snappy pace of upgrading. There are no hidden depths lurking under the surface and I truly don't know what more I could say about the game than I already have, but it doesn't need to be anything more than it is. Sometimes I just want to see big explosions, flashing colors, and numbers going up, and Vampire Survivors gives me all of that in great quantities with pretty much no friction along the way.
Vampire Survivors is well worth checking out, whether you’re playing it on Switch or any other platform. Its simple gameplay hides an irresistible depth. Just keep in mind that once you’re in its clutches, it can be a struggle to get free.
Vampire Survivors is one of those simple games that could become extremely addictive at first. that being said, ample balancing issues, issues regarding enemy's spawning mechanic and some technical problems make the game repetitive after a while.

Vampire Survivors is a surprising and well-packaged title, supported by a formula capable of kidnapping users to drag them into a continuous succession of high-intensity pyrotechnic battles.
