Players will be invested in Black Ops 6 as much as they want to and participate in something that delivers precisely what it's supposed to. Fast-paced action, farcical storytelling, and access to a world of people who want to curse you out on a microphone -- that's what Black Ops 6, the Call of Duty series and most modern video games are all about.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 improves both campaign and gameplay, with a strong story that stands on its own and enhanced mobility and weapons. It’s set to keep players engaged for months, especially in multiplayer.

This is easily the best COD has been this generation and the most fun I have had with the series since the insane Black Ops 3. The campaign mode shows real innovation with a host of different, yet equally entertaining missions, the multiplayer is tailored in a way that somehow makes it welcoming to lapsed players and the Zombies mode is an absolute blast with friends.

Black Ops 6 is a good Call of Duty game. It's neither revolutionary nor perfect, but it manages to be convincing enough in almost every aspect: it has a good single player campaign that lacks a bit of depth and the Zombies mode is fun for a few hours, although its maps get boring quickly. PvP is the main deal as always: the real game changer is the all-new Omnimovement system, which allows for more lively and frenetic battles and represents a new beginning for the Call of Duty franchise as a whole.

Black Ops 6 is undoubtedly the best Call of Duty game we’ve seen in at least five years. It features an impressive campaign, a gripping Zombies mode that keeps you on the edge of your seat, and a fast-paced, enjoyable multiplayer experience.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is one of the best entries in the series. It features an excellent, intense multiplayer mode, and an interesting campaign. If it weren't for the somewhat boring zombie mode and the poor choice of maps, we could be talking about an almost perfect installment. Nonetheless, it's a very solid shooter.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 pushes the boundaries of what one would expect from a Call of Duty campaign – delivering a robust, versatile, and captivating experience from start to finish. What makes Black Ops 6 special is the fact that the Campaign, Zombies, and Multiplayer modes are all equally as polished as each other, enhanced even further by the new Omni movement."

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 manages to get the series back on track and proves that even an annual shooter can once again offer captivating quality if the right accents are set (and the necessary development time is given). After the mixed Modern Warfare 3, the weaknesses have been addressed and the focus has been placed on what Call of Duty is all about: pure action, a gripping atmosphere and a large portion of fun. All in all, Black Ops 6 is a strong overall package that provides many hours of excitement and appeals to both series fans and newcomers. The mixture of varied campaign, fast-paced multiplayer and challenging zombie mode proves that the series can still inspire with a return to old strengths and attention to detail. However, it is clear that Activision will have to balance the path after the game's release with seasons and in-game purchases in order not to undermine the long-term fun. This will show whether the new upswing that the series has experienced with Black Ops 6 will continue in the long term.

Call Of Duty Black Ops 6 stays true to the previous titles and carries the torch into this interesting period for Call Of Duty. For Xbox players with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, it is fantastic that it is available to players on launch. Not only will this reign in veterans, but the casual crowd can dip their toes in if they choose. From the multiplayer perspective, it is a welcome change from Modern Warfare and bears similarities to Cold War in how it feels to play. A classic prestige system being re-introduced allows players to digest the game at their own pace and not feel left behind by seasonal updates. This year feels like Call Of Duty has gone back to basics. It still angers me that Xbox still doesn’t allow players to switch off the crossplay options within the internal menu system and skill-based matchmaking appears to be ever-present. These issues aside though, we have a nice refreshing return to Black Ops that not only looks great but also feels satisfying to play for hours on end. For now, time to level up those guns for Warzone on November 14th!

Black Ops 6 is a steroid-infused Call of Duty with one of the best single-player campaigns the series has offered in recent years, a well-established multiplayer that builds on its predecessors and is refreshed with the introduction of omnimovement, and a Zombies mode that returns to its origins. It does nothing to change the minds of those who’ve never appreciated the series, but it’s also true that for them, a complete revolution would be needed—something this franchise doesn’t really require.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 manages in one fell swoop to erase the bitterness left by the last chapters in the series. A far from trivial achievement, achieved thanks to a surprising campaign (in a good way, thankfully), a wide-ranging Zombie mode and a solidly reliable multiplayer package. Perhaps it is precisely this last part that shows some intolerance, thanks to a less than exciting launch offer on the side of the available modes as well as the initial maps strangely less inspired than what Treyarch has historically proposed. For all fans of the series as well as especially for those who have put it aside over the years or have never approached it, rest assured. Activision's covert operations have hit the jackpot.

The extra development time granted to the developers has allowed for a surprisingly polished and refined experience overall. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 sets a new standard for single-player campaigns in the series, blending familiar mechanics with a few, yet compelling, new ideas that entertain and amaze all the way to the end credits. The Zombie mode returns to a round-based structure, and thanks to Absolute Movement and well-designed maps, delivers a thrilling experience. The multiplayer component is even more immediate, fast-paced, and dynamic, making it nearly impossible to put the controller down between matches. What is currently missing is a more enticing map pack and some fresh additions to the game modes, but we have an entire year of content ahead to judge, which will shape the multiplayer experience until the next chapter in the series.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is an all-out spectacle, with the fantastic campaign, frantically reinvigorated multiplayer, and classic take on Zombies ensuring this is the best entry we’ve seen in the series in years. From the breath-taking campaign to the fast-paced, omni-movement-enabled multiplayer, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 brings an abundance of content that will satisfy both long-time fans and newcomers. After a few installments that, without being mediocre, were not up to par with expectations, Treyarch puts the Call of Duty saga back where it belongs. With the best campaign mode we have enjoyed in a long time, a very fun online and with the promise of a lot of content, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a game that lives up to the great installments of the saga such as Modern Warfare 3.

After some lacking titles, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 finally managed to return the FPS franchise to the place it deserves. The campaign is great, serving as a compelling adventure and a good introduction; the multiplayer brings varied and fun challenges; and Zombie Mode is immersive and filled with secrets. Overall, a great title, whether you're a fan or someone who hoped for a release with worth like the best ones in the series.

Set in a world of conspiracies and bioterrorism, Black Ops 6's campaign introduces new characters and unexpected narrative layers while revisiting familiar elements fans love. The gameplay merges classic, Call of Duty action with new omnidirectional movement mechanics, refining IW's earlier experiments in open-ended mission approaches.

Call of Duty, who doesn't know this series? The newest part in the Black Ops series has been launched, namely part 6. This Black Ops also has multiplayer, zombies and a campaign. There is plenty of new to discover and achieve in this new part. Are you curious about the new weapons or achievements? With friends or solo, Black Ops gives you enough play hours at least.

It’s ironic, really, because, in my opinion, Call of Duty Cold War multiplayer was one of the best, which was, of course, developed by Treyarch. Yet, they managed to deliver the worst and most intolerable multiplayer experience in the franchise’s history. Unless the multiplayer gets a major buff in future updates, the zombies mode may be the content that saves Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
