Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream shines thanks to stunning visuals and an emotional narrative. Gameplay is engaging and nicely crafted, though a little more freedom would work wonders. At any rate, I'm entirely satisfied with the quality of this game and strongly recommend you play it, sooner or later.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream sets an impressively high bar from the opening moments and consistently maintains it throughout the experience. It perfectly caters to fans of both stealth mechanics and narrative-driven games, delivering exceptional quality in both aspects. The deeply personal story hooks players with its compelling mysteries and shocking twists, while the tense, challenging gameplay keeps you engaged session after session. What makes this adventure truly memorable is its emotional alchemy - endearing characters, subtle humor, and dark motivations blend together to create something special.

For a stealth-themed game, it's a bit too straightforward, but overall, it's quite an enjoyable experience

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is a good game that works within the confines of the stealth genre and doesn’t aim to innovate much. The city itself is well-designed and fun to explore, but the mechanics don’t evolve much and can become frustrating if players aren’t interested in the story.

A stealth game played from an isometric viewpoint, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is likely to win you over thanks to its stunning visuals, engaging narrative and rewarding scenarios that are best approached like puzzles.

In the end, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is a good game despite some design choices that can lead to moments of frustration. The viewpoint feels fresh since so few games use it, but the game's various indicators even things out when you compare it to other stealth titles. The strict failure conditions and seemingly rigid process for stealth puzzle-solving can be an annoyance, but it is helped by the game's fast load times and generous checkpoints. The use of team play keeps things interesting. For genre fans, Eriksholm is a good game to check out.

A gorgeously crafted stealth adventure that’s full of mood, momentum, and mystery. Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream falters slightly when it loses tension, but remains a memorable, artistically distinct journey worth experiencing.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is a great new adventure that ambitiously combines the genre’s traditional elements with a bit of action, a healthy dose of puzzles, and a great presentation, reminiscent of my other favourite stealth franchises. Without a doubt, its cinematics and sound design stole the show. Even though not all of its elements stuck to the landing, with it occasionally feeling like it could have achieved more with such potential, it felt like an incredible start to a brand new world to explore, and I hope this isn’t the last we see from the town of Eriksholm.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is a game designed with a clear vision. It's not for everyone. Anyone expecting creative, free-form puzzles or pure action should skip this one. But anyone who appreciates a good stealth puzzle game, with beautifully designed environments, captivating music, and a socially charged story, will have a wonderful time here. Just accept the occasional crate tipping over, a mistake being punished too harshly, or the occasional keyboard input. Because ultimately, this is just a great, old-fashioned game.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream presents us with a complex and grand puzzle that will make us think for a while as we discover what initially seems like a simple story that becomes increasingly tangled as we progress. The approximately 12-hour duration has very good pacing that ensures we never get bored, and it implements various mechanics typical of a stealth game that are divided among different characters who must spread out through different routes to position themselves perfectly to advance toward the final objective.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream succeeds in crafting a stealth adventure that’s as tactical as it is emotional. With its Nordic noir charm, layered worldbuilding, and cerebral gameplay, it stands out from the crowd. Though the lack of accessibility features and frustrating camera limitations might deter some, players willing to adapt will discover a haunting and memorable experience. Smart mechanics, high replay value, and compelling storytelling make this a worthwhile journey, especially for fans of methodical, thought-driven gameplay.

Eriksholm is a quiet, deliberate journey. One that grips not through spectacle, but through emotional weight and precision. Its dedication to methodical stealth, evocative storytelling, and meticulous visual design creates an experience that feels both intimate in scale and grand in intent. Yet, its unforgiving structure and limited room for experimentation may leave some players behind. What it offers is polished and poignant, but not universally inviting.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is a fantastic stealth/puzzle title, offering up compelling gameplay alongside a captivating story and excellent aesthetic production. A little more freeform use of the abilities, or lessening of the tutorial-like explainers, would be nice, but as it is, Eriksholm is still a title well worth your time.
