Battlefield V is a solid shooter but feels like it should have been delayed a few months to ensure all features would be available at launch.

Battlefield V is good sequel and quite proper competitor for Black Ops 4. There is great chance for the game to get better by time as its most important flaws are lack of content and solvable technical issues. But at the end, it all comes back to the devs and their support.

Overall and if you’re a fan of Battlefield then there is every reason to jump in with this year’s title, but if you want to experience the game as the developers have obviously intended, I suggest you hold off

If you are fan of Any kind of Fps shooters, then you should absolutely play online sections of battlefield V. It's a lot better than previous installment of series and is one of the best online multiplayer in this generation. Also If you deal with terrible AI and camera issues you can enjoy its single player campaign to see women's vital role in world war 2.

This is a Battlefield experience through and through. However, I find myself staring more at the gaps in the menus than the accessible parts that are there. The promise of future content is a great thing, but not when you are constantly reminded of the voids it will fill. Fans will love this entry, and rightfully so, but in its current form Battlefield V won't be recruiting any new soldiers to this battle.

This technical tour de force throws you into realistic second world war battles – shame it felt only 70-80% finished at launch

Battlefield V delivers yet another epic, chaotic warfare experience while managing to bring the theatres of the Second World War to life. Its intense firefights and pitched battles will result in many a hurrah, but you’ll also have to brave some balance issues and a couple of bugs that haven’t been ironed out. At the end of the day though, there’s no better way to experience all-out war.

Battlefield V looks and sounds great, but its single-player and multiplayer campaigns ultimately do not advance the FPS genre in any meaningful way.

Battlefield V isn’t without issues. The single-player is novel but boring, and the game currently has more than its fair share of bugs. However, none of this managed to dampen my time with the multiplayer. There’s a lot to like here if you’re a Battlefield fan, and I’ve barely touched on all the good that’s still in this game, let alone what’s yet to come. The maps are all of a high quality, especially the likes of “Twisted Steel” and “Arras,” which are both set in the French countryside and are absolutely beautiful. The company system, too, allows for the best level of player customisation yet seen in the series. Further to this, loot boxes are gone, all DLC including future single-player episodes are going to be free for everyone, and a Battle Royale mode is still on the way. This is the game Battlefield 1 should’ve been and is one of the most addictive instalments in the series yet.

Battlefield V has two different faces, first is a boring story mode name War Stories that is full of bugs, lacks having a good story and even level design isn't good at all, but the other face is a great multiplayer that has improved greatly since beta and while keeping the good things about Battlefield 1, provides enough new features to be a unique and new experience.

Battlefield V in its core still is one of the best shooting games and one of the funniest multiplayers you can find. The single player campaign is a bit shallow and several bugs end up leaving an impression that it could be even better. DICE has chosen to work inside a comfort zone by not taking many risks when it comes to the WWII atmosphere. But it's expected more courage from the developers in the upcoming DLC and future titles of the franchise.

But, then, that’s Battlefield all over – a game that aspires to be both a legitimate portrayal of war and an entertaining video game, but opts to take the easy route and do rid with any semblance of mature, balanced storytelling and instead replaces it with a rushed, disjointed campaign and a multiplayer component that’s getting seriously long in the tooth.

There are plenty of free content in the works and battle royale mode is incoming. We have a long-lasting Battlefield game in our hands that rewards people who play a lot.

The core of the game is detailed and its systems are well designed. Most importantly, its fun and addicting to play. If you have ever enjoyed Battlefield games or other competitive multiplayer titles, you will probably enjoy this.

The core of Battlefield V is promising, with the focus on the cooperation between the squad members being an important thing more than ever, also the addition of fortifications added a strategic layer to the game. Unfortunately, the lack of content combined with a weak story mode, and all the bugs the game have now prevents the game from being a masterpiece like the previous game

Battlefield V is a solid entry in the series and has the potential to become even better down the line with the ton of additional content planned down the line, especially the Battle Royale mode slated for next year. With DICE's plans for their Tides of War service, Battlefield V will constantly evolve and we can't wait for more.

Even in its current state, Battlefield V succeeds in delivering that familiar, core experience in spite of missing some content, and while the thought of an incomplete game might deter some from pulling the trigger on a purchase, those eager to enlist will still find plenty to keep them occupied. Sure, it can occasionally be a bit rough around the edges, but this doesn't stop those epic 'wow' moments from coming thick and fast. Gorgeous visuals; incredible sound design; unprecedented levels of destruction - DICE is firmly focused on long-term player engagement here and its decision to scrap the Season Pass altogether is definitely a refreshing step in the right direction. Well played, guys.

Battlefield V offers incredible pace as it sidesteps into the hardcore realm with modest success. Maps are open and satisfactory for Conquest, albeit with design issues, and some modes are too linear and chaotic. These inconsistencies, along with numerous technical issues, make it a good game that may eventually become a great one.
