Youropa Reviews
Youropa is a contemporary platform game with strong puzzle and adventure elements for gamers and creative souls of all ages. We definitely love the design of their puzzles, but the control is too rough to enjoy them 100%.

Youropa is a special puzzle game that manages to do enough memorable things to keep you interested and invested. Smart puzzle designs make the game a fun challenge to complete, along with clever new abilities you unlock as you play. The big miss here is its painting mechanic, which it describes as an important aspect, but rarely ever uses the feature. Youropa offers plenty of variety to keep you playing throughout its adventure.
Youropa is a fantastic puzzle-platformer that constantly evolves. The puzzles keep getting bigger and better as they throw new twists at you. While some of the vehicle sections are a bore and the Onesiders don't feel like a threat, it doesn't detract from the overall experience too much. The game also features one of my favorite protagonists since they are just so fun to decorate. While the game may fumble in a few places, the overall experience is great and enjoyable, even if they make me kick dogs.
Youropa came out of Early Access on June 27th and is just as charming as ever before. At $24.99 USD, its gorgeous landscape and mind-bending puzzle will keep you busy for hours as you make your way across a gravitationally-challenged Paris. Its gentle pacing and ambient music would make this relaxing experience if it weren't for the mental gymnastics required to think dimensionally!
Anti-gravity and a fractured cityscape... sure why not?
Youropa combines implicit instruction with honed design to create a pleasant, intuitive and fun test of a player's perspective and deductive skills.
Youropa is an original puzzle platformer that plays with space and perception, and delivers a fun experience. The control system shows some flaws from time to time, and some more explanation about narrative and gameplay would've been nice.

Youropa is a charming and rewarding puzzler that offers a decent challenge and gorgeous visuals
Youropa is a unique puzzle game in how its puzzles are approached, and how it wants the player to approach them.
However it must be said that this playtime feels extended by a sluggish pace that makes exploration and even some of the puzzle solving feel exhausting at times. The game runs good enough on Switch and for those who like trying their hand at creating games or levels of their own, Youropa has plenty to offer here. But if you're looking for something with its own personality or a story that will keep you engaged while solving these puzzles, you're going to have to pull some other strings.
This is a really neat game, well produced and thought out. Definitely a 10
Youropa is a fantastic puzzle platformer that is fresh, unique, and delightfully challenging from beginning to end. It constantly throws in new mechanics and upgrades, while still making sure players have mastered each one before moving onto the next and making things more complicated. Its dreamlike atmosphere is inviting, and although the game isn't long, if you don't plan on going for collectibles or using the level editor, every minute of it is a joy to play.
Youropa turns the world of puzzle-platformers upside down and will make you tilt your head sideways in awe throughout the experience.
Youropa is a stand-out indie that offers a memorable unravelling game world that's full of variety and hidden treats. It may take things a bit slowly but the fact that it's something very different is commendable, especially because it does everything very well.
While this gravity-defying and somewhat mind-bending 3D puzzler can be aggravating it’s also quite unique
Youropa is a puzzle platformer with a unique, gravity defying twist – but it’s not quite enough. You could easily find yourself getting lost in the pleasant atmosphere, but you’re just as likely to enter a void of chasing your own tail.
If you’re into Portal, The Talos Principle, or any other game that forces you to think outside of box or in other creatives manners in order to solve puzzles, Youropa is a decent pickup. The amount of levels and collectibles throughout the game will give you plenty to do, and so much customisation means creating your perfect character. All in all, it’s a solid, if somewhat forgettable experience.
Youropa is a gravity-defying puzzle platformer that left me satisfied. Its puzzles challenge you to think outside the box without feeling too convoluted that you can’t figure things out for yourself. A few of the games’ physics make moments of the experience a bit tedious. However, that didn’t take away from the enjoyment of the overall experience. The main adventure may seem short and sweet but with the game’s level creator, this could potentially be a game to revisit on a cosy weekend provided the community stays strong. Youropa is an experience that will drive you up the wall in a good way.
Youropa may have some technical issues, but it is still a decent puzzle game overall. The puzzle design is excellent and works well when combined with the game’s aesthetic.
