Concrete Genie Reviews
Concrete Genie is a little and charming experience, that makes you feel again the joy of staring, like a child, at a blank page, armed with few brushes and colours, with absolutely no worries in mind.

It's not a masterpiece, but Concrete Genie is still a fine piece of art.
Nothing is particularly extraordinary nor is any one aspect less than solid but there’s a commitment to the vision here that had modest and realistic goals. Concrete Genie paints within its humble parameters and still makes a lovely piece of art even if it isn’t The Starry Night.
Bring life and love back to a desolate town with the help of your paintbrush and some really fun parkour.
If you are going to buy Concrete Genie buy it for the novelty. You'll probably enjoy painting the town with glorious neon landscapes, but there's just not much more to it than that.
Concrete Genie tells a realistic fairy tale with a wonderful painting system. Although its gameplay might have some obviouse flaws, I still enjoy it.

An indi game aimed at the adolescent public that has a good finish and remarkable artistic section. It's short and it can be repetitive until its last quarter, but you can enjoy during its few 6-8 hours.

Concrete Genie is an enjoyable title, very pleasant and with excellent ideas behind it. There are many possibilities for customizing the Genes and the most imaginative players will be able to create works of good thickness. If the plot had delved deeper into the main theme, if the gameplay had not been split in two so abruptly and if the longevity had been a little higher, Concrete Genie would have reached higher peaks, but the general experience remains satisfactory.

If you're looking for a deep and challenging game then I don't think Concrete Genie is the answer. however,it is a gorgeous, heartwarming experience. if you like artistic games you'll definitely have to give this a shot!

Alas, Concrete Genie is far less than the sum of its parts. A strong early game is lost by a bizarre late-game twist that undoes a lot of the charm. If it had just focused on the genies or had been about combat from the start, Concrete Genie would be a much more cohesive experience. Instead, the game has a lot of good moments but ends on a particularly dissatisfying note. There's still a lot to enjoy, but the flaws stand out as brightly as the strengths.
Concrete Genie is the latest exclusive title to hit the PlayStation 4 from Pixel Opus. The game follows Ash as he restores his hometown of Denska back to life with the power of paint.
Even though Concrete Genie frequently fails to meet the heights of its gameplay potential, it's the kind of game that I'm glad Sony is pushing as a small but strong exclusive for PS4. It sets itself apart from all the other games coming this fall both in its sense of positivity and lush beauty making it a welcome pallet cleanser.
So many good ideas and an interesting realization, but that could have gone even further to really be a memorable title.

Concrete Genie is a charming and wholesome adventure that makes up for its rather ordinary gameplay with striking art and personable creatures.
Concrete Genie makes everyone happy who can not leave any paper unpainted.

Concrete Genie is one of the most imaginative games ever created.
I liked the intentions of the game. But while it did have a big twist, I felt like it was more of a short story than a long narrative.
Concrete Genie is a charming and creative experience with great 'artistic' ideas, but annoying fights and adventure moments.

Concrete Genie leaves you begging for more in an experience that's short and sweet. Even though the game isn't challenging it feels great to play as you let your imagination run wild. With a charming story and great characters to boot you should definitely be playing this if you don't mind the short runtime.
