Marvel's Spider-Man: Remastered Reviews
If you haven't played Marvel's Spider-Man yet then this Remastered release will be sure to knock your socks off as you zip through New York City while beating the crap out of a wide variety of nogoodniks and discovering oodles of fun treats along the way.
An essential purchase for spidey fans and open world enthusiasts, with only the mediocre side content depriving it of the title of the ultimate superhero game.
Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered holds the heart and soul of a video game that captures the experience of being Spider-Man and Peter Parker very well. Granted, the sameness of the inhabited world is impossible to ignore, but everything pertaining to this arachnid centric cycle is so good that swinging from web to web with your eyes closed is easy. With a storyline that will pull at the corner of your eye, combat that constantly evolves until the end of the game, and a port so well crafted by Nixxes Software there is no justification for any fan to pass up the opportunity to #BeGreater.

The immense detail and story and overall thought that has been put into this game is astonishing. I am not ashamed to admit I am at over twenty playthroughs of this game, and I will most likely play through it again before the release of Spider-Man 2. I am glad that this title has been made available to the PC community and that it has been given new life in another space. The mod community has been having a great deal of fun placing their spins on both severe and funny suits, and I cannot wait to see more people enjoying it. In the words of Jeff Winger, the premise alone is priceless. The guy has the powers and strength of a spider."
Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered is as good on PC as it was on PlayStation. In fact, the many graphics options and support for different controls arguably make it better. There are a few unfortunate bugs, but those can't hold the excellence of Insomniac's take on our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man back.

For those yet to experience this masterpiece, it's definitely one to swing by and consume. Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered is essential gaming, for everyone.
Insomniac’s Spider-Man is a surprising game for sure. I never got the chance to play it back in its PlayStation 4 release and was admittedly skeptical it was going to be this good. I was very wrong: I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the game thanks to a great story, fast-paced combat and traversal mechanics that are just way too exciting. Hopefully we can expect more quality ports from Sony going forward.
Hollywood could only dream of making a Spider-Man movie with such a compelling story and the rest of the gaming industry should take notes from here. It is as close to being perfect as one game can be.
Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is one of the best open-world games out there. While New York City can be bland at times, it’s the playground that makes Spider-Man work so well. The PS4 game remastered for PS5 is now on PC, and it’s the definitive version of such an epic game. Spider-Man has been sorely missed on PC for years, and it’s a great return for the web-slinger. Everything you’ve heard about the game is true, and Insomniac nailed every element of it. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is just incredible, and is one of those games that will stick with you, and you’ll return to often.
Thanks to a competent port, Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered is the best version of one of the best superhero games ever made. It doesn't matter if you're an inveterate fan of the hero or if you're just looking for a fun adventure without much commitment, Insomniac's work has set a new standard of quality for Marvel's productions in games, and, thanks to the improvements, this is the perfect occasion to save the world again or for the first time.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is great on PS4, PS5 and it’s greater on PC. If you have a decent RTX-friendly setup, this is how the game should be experienced. The lack of regional pricing and non-inclusion of Miles Morales did end up a sour taste in my mouth. The perks of living in an uber-captialist world I suppose. As for the game, it’s pure superhero bliss.
Every aspect of Spider-Man Remastered is a masterclass in game design from the edge-of-your-seat story to the fluid gameplay to the eye-popping ray-traced graphics to the near-endless accessibility options. The game gets a perfect score from me because really, what more could a Spider-Man fan ask for?
Marvel’s Spider-Man on PC is a great port of one of the best superhero games of all time.

Marvel's Spider-Man, Insomniac Games' masterpiece, arrives on Steam but even more improved, with a multitude of new graphic options such as unlocked framerate, ultra-panoramic format or ray tracing. Other than that, it's still the same game that wowed us all a few years ago, and it's still just as good.

If you are totally new to this PC release and were simply waiting for PlayStation to bring it over to PC, you'll have a blast experiencing Spider-Man's story that rivals his big-picture adaptations and shouldn't have many issues at all, hardware permitting.
The PC version of Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered has been developed. It is a perfect adaptation of the original adventure, but with features to allow as many people as possible to enjoy the experience. If you respect the minimum and suggested configurations, you shouldn't encounter any glaring problems. The use of an SSD is highly recommended in order to have fast loading times just like on consoles. The strong point of the port is undoubtedly its compatibility with monitors offering other types of resolutions. Not to mention the possibility of unlocking the refresh rate if desired. All you have to do is check that your machine is compatible and take control of Peter Parker!

Spider-Man Remastered is an amazing experience that’s headed to a platform that can push it to its visual limits. While it is a full-priced affair compared to its console counterpart, a point of friction for some, it doesn’t take away from the fact that it is a must-play title.
