Death's Door, candidate for the game of the year, where we handle a crow hunting souls. Action, adventure and light-hearted puzzles with an unbeatable technical craftsmanship. Buy it now, trust me.

Death's Door is a well crafted Action RPG that respects its audience by offering pure quality, and the improvements over the previous game by Acid Nerve shows that the studio is on the right path to develop even more exciting titles in the future.

Raven Reaper dances, eliminates enemies, meets mysterious characters and travels through beautiful locations. Death's Door is worth spending three evenings on.

Death's Door is really, really nice. It rarely happens to find yourself in front of a product characterized by such a high general quality on every front, unable to show the side to criticism of all kinds, but when it happens it is really difficult not to recommend it without ifs and buts.

Death's Door uses the classic Zelda template to a great extent, but it doesn't really offer anything new. But what is there is precisely crafted.

Death’s Door is one of the best games of this year, and had it not been for the release of Little Nightmares 2 this year, it would have become the best game from an independent studio because of its great gameplay and beautiful story, in addition to distinctive gameplay elements with unforgettable music. Such games are definitely worth a try.

Death’s Door is easily one of the best and well-rounded action games that I’ve played this year. It gets all the basics right and then excels with a compelling story and cast of characters, a gorgeous and interesting world to explore, and combat that is intense and extremely enjoyable. It’s an absolute must and has left me now never quite looking at a crow in the same way, always wondering whether it’s about to attack and reap my soul!

It doesn't skimp on challenging action or a satisfying story, but it also doesn't expect us to devote dozens of hours to it. You can reach the end of the story in less than eight hours-roughly as long as the original Legend of Zelda. Its end is neither sudden and unexpected, nor long and drawn-out. If only we can all embrace our own end as gracefully as Death's Door does.

Death's Door has been developed by only two people. This fact makes me put much more in value the splendid work he has done with the game, which offers us ‎‎an adventure with a graphic and artistic section of honors,‎‎and of course with a gameplay that without inventing anything becomes incredibly fun, so you want like me to finish the game in a sitting.‎

A thoroughly entertaining mix of Dark Souls and Zelda that has few genuinely new ideas but still manages to enthral with a unique charm of its own.

Happily, Death’s Door, the new action adventure game about a hard-working, soul-reaping crow is very much a love letter to the old Zelda games. Its mechanics are satisfying in a chip-off-the-old block way, its visuals are a delight and its story line is touched with assured, easygoing humor.

Death's Door is a game of rare excellence. We are caught in it instantly thanks to its singular graphic paw and its first lines of dialogue that set the tone. Acid Nerve signs here a title with gameplay perhaps too simplistic on paper, but perfectly oiled, which also offers nervous and demanding fights, especially boss fights.

For Dark Souls veterans, Death’s Door provides a less stressful but moody journey through a new world that offers familiar gameplay from a new, top-down perspective. But for players who’ve never played a game like this, Death’s Door gradually leads you into the deep end.
